Honestly, I rarely do exercise. I know that it helps me control and manage my weight.
Exercise burns calories, which results in shedding pounds.
Exercises can have a positive impact on weight loss but I am too lazy.

Exercise is not my type of thing, I prefer doing something else beside from exercise. Ironically, I started to do some exercise and started to eat more and more to gain more weight like a week ago. I still have a long way to go if I want to be healthy. It was just a weight lifting though not something serious.
