Every time when I do exercise, I prefer to do exercise with equipments. Why?
Because I think do exercise with some equipments all parts of our body will be stronger such as badminton; our hands have to hold the racket and our arms also swing in order to get a point from the opposite side. Moreover, our legs and feet also have to move all the time so our legs will be stronger too.
How about you? What do you prefer?

I do not prefer to use any equipments in doing exercise because I can not stand at catching sometime that is heavy for long time. So, I think doing exercise without any equipments is suitable for me. Moreover, my tips to do exercise effectively is do jogging around 30 minutes to burn my fat first. And then I will do weight training for 20 minutes. By the way, do not forget doing cool down in order to extend our muscle.
