It happens direct to your health,I think it can effects in different way.
If you’re not eating veggies, you’re probably eating foods with a higher fat content and caloric density.
So,your weight will increase too.

It will have a problem with my body.
As you know, the vegetable is the nutrient of the vitamin to heal our body.

I have a bad experience about eating too much meat and never eat vegetables.
I didn't go to toilet for 5 days and I felt so uncomfortable in my belly.
I have tried to drink a lot of water and eat some spice but it didn't work.
After the sixth day I went to the toilet and I started to drink more water and eat more vegetables.

it not really good for your health. You actually need to eat vegetables every day because you need a supply of vitamins every day. The vitamins in vegetables are essential.

Vegetables is necessary when it comes to a healthy life, I would say.
They are one of the main food groups that we must eat every day so that we get enough useful minerals and vitamins.
More importantly, some of them are really good because they contain some nutrition that our body cannot provide them itself. Therefore, we should try to eat vegetables more.
I have been trying to eat them more, too. Cooking food for myself allows me to do so, and I am very proud of my new habit.

If it's bitter, i will puke it. I don't like to eat vegetable that is bitter.
I like to eat cucumber, carrot with pine apple, and so on.
You should change your bias with vegetable and find the benefit of vegetable.
It can help you.

It must be very bad for my body especially with my shit. I love eating vegetable so much. I cannot imagine myself when I do not eat the vegetable. It will affect to my shit and my digestion as well. Moreover, I will feel sorry to myself not to eat a vegetable.

If you don't eat vegetables, your body will begin to lack certain vitamins and minerals. Your body will become weaker.
I didn't face this problem because I really love to drink water and eat vegetables so much. I drink water for at least 3 liters per day and eat vegetables per meals.
You should drink a lot of water.

You CANNOT poop!!! Vegetables have many fibers which help you poop easily.
If you don't eat veggies, you will suffer from pushing it out of your butt hole. Lol
I recommend you to eat vegetable as much as you can and don't forget to drink water
to help you happy pooping every morning.

Some constipation and bloating from the lack of fiber. (Don't expect an arm to fall off just because you spent a week in Cancun avoiding water sourced grub we're much more resilient than that.) But as the days go on, the numbers on the scale will probably creep up since whatever you're eating instead isn't as low in calories. And because veggies are so rich in vitamins and minerals that shuttle nutrients all over our body, you'll probably start to feel low on energy or run down.
