I would say vegetables are really really important for our health.
It can help immune system and another systems in our body to work more efficiently.
Especially digestive system, eating vegetables can affect your digesttive system. It can make you feel better. your skin will look healthier.

I am vegetable lover I would like to say that because I can eat all kind of vegetable and fruit.
There are many benefits such as mineral, vitamin and fiber in different kinds of vegetable. In different kind of them provide different bebefit such as in
green vegetable provide fiber and potassium but in red or yellow color fruit they provide beta carotene.

As from my experience, I think it is good for the excretory system.
Because vegetable contains a lot of fibers and vitamins such as vitamin A, vitamin C and so on.
Moreover, some kinds of the vegetable can prevent the cause of many diseases.
In addition, almost green vegetable contains the chlorophyll which helps for blood building properties.
