If you want to grow some vegetables, what will you grow?

I love eating vegetables but I concern about a pesticide-contaminated vegetable issue. Some types of pesticides can be absorbed into the tissue of the vegetables. That's really harmful to human. So, I think I want to have my own farm.
I want to do an organic vegetable farm in a hydroponic system. The main vegetables that I will grow are red and green oak lettuces because those are my favorite ones.

I would really like to grow carrot because they are delicious, esay to cook, rich in nutritions, and can be used to make many different dishes.
Normally, I always like to eat it when it is served with food that I order.
The best way that I like it is when it is steamed to be soft, and a little bit crispy.

I don't like vegetable that much. The cabbage is my favorite.

I would grow lettuce! I do love to eat lettuce. I love to eat a dish containing lettuce as an ingredient. It is green, and I do love green from it, not any other kind. To grow it myself, it might be good because we are sure it is not contaminated! It is really safe!

I will grow tomato but it must be a little tomato (Thais called queen tomato). So, if it gives a tomato, I will eat it instantly.

I would like to grow morning glory. It is my favorite vegetable that I like to eat the most.
I have growth this kind of vegetable since I was in primary school in an Agriculture class.
I feel that when we are growing somethings, we will proud of them because we did it by our selves.

Almost all my family members like to eat vegetables so much.
If I had to grow vegetables, I would grow many kinds of vegetables such as cabbage,
cucumber, Chinese cabbage, green onion and water Spinach.

I have no ideas about growing vegetables or any kinds of plants hahaha. I really have no clues about it.
If I have to choose some vegetables to grow, I will choose basin, morning glory, and lemon.
