First, you should exercise regularly. Teens should be physically active at least 60 minutes of every day.
Second, you should eat a healthy diet. Healthy eating is an important part of your growth and development. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, a variety of protein foods, and low-fat dairy products.
Third, you should maintain a healthy weight. Children and teenagers with obesity are more likely to have obesity as an adult. They are also at higher risk for other chronic illnesses, depression, and bullying.
Finally, get enough sleep. Most teens need between 9 and 9 ½ hours of sleep every night. Many average only 7 hours. Sleep has a strong effect on your ability to concentrate and do well at school.

In my opinion, few things are as good for you as regular physical activity. While it can be hard to find the time, it’s important to fit in at least 30 minutes of activity every day. More is even better, but any amount is better than none.

There are many things you can do to maintain a healthy lifestyle on a daily basis, including incorporating more spontaneous physical activity, making relatively good food choices consistently, and finding better ways to manage daily stress.
Making better food choices consistently will not only help you incorporate a healthy lifestyle, it can also potentially reduce your cravings. If you are too strict on your meal plan when nutrition isn't your strong suit, you potentially put yourself at risk.

There are so many tips to stay healthy as I can tell you as follow:
1. Drink a lot of water or 8 glasses per day
2. Go to bed in the right time, not too late
3. Eat healthy foods
4. Avoiding eating too much spicy, salty or sour
5. Think in the positive way (sadness can make you sick) but sometimes I think in the negative way.
All of these are just the basic tips to do and I am sure that you guys have them already.

My tip is to moderate drinking is good for the heart, as many people already know.
But it can also increase the risk of cancer.

I'm not really good to answer this question because I don't stay health
at all times. I cannot control each meal in a clean food. I still eat whatever
I want to eat. However, I do exercise sometimes when I have a free time.
I think person who stay healthy is really charming man.

It really depends on how you live. To become a healthy person, what should be regarded include how often do you exercise, and what kind of foods do you normally eat. In order to any healthy, it is undeniable that you have to go exercising. For a lazy person like me, I would say that I rarely do it. LOL Besides, foods which you consume is said to be important. You are what you eat; thus it would be best for you to stop having unhealthy foods.

1. Exercise regularly. Exercises more than 30 minutes everyday or as much as you could.
2. Eat a healthy diet. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. Avoid unhealthy food
3. Get enough sleep. Sleep up to 8 hours because sleep has a strong effect on your ability to concentrate and do well at school.

The ways that I stay health are doing the exercise and eating the 5 groups of food.
I am not often doing the exercise. I do it about 3 times a week. So I emphasize on eating. I will eat the food that healthy for my health. I try to eat fruits and vegetables. I also try to get the nutrients and vitamins from the food I ate.

The basic and easy thing is control your life.

Most important tip for a healthy body is to have healthy food and eat them at proper time. Avoid eating junk food. None of the nutrients are available in these junks foods so no point in having them. Your diet should contain food which has more nutrients. Try to include leafy vegetables, fresh vegetables, fruits, milk, and fish in your daily diet.

-eating good food for your health
-exercise 2-3 times/week

For me, there are three basic steps to stay healthy.
First is getting enough sleep in a day around 6-8 hours.
Second is eating only good food which are not too oily, salty and sweet.
Third is doing exercise 3-5 times in a week.
I have been doing this for awhile and I become stronger than I was.

In my point of view, it is not easy to stay healthy, but if we really intend to stay healthy,

Be picky!
I mean being picky about what you eat since it affects your health directly.
Exercise can help as well. But importantly, if you never focus on what you eat but keep doing exercise, it won't help! Remember that you are what you eat.
