I would say certainly not err heavy food that takes a lot to digest,
so I would recommend a lot of vegetables and fruit, and err fish and chicken
rather than red meat although I wouldn't discard red meat just like that at all.

Vegetable is my answer. When I was young I don't like to eat any vegetable.
I think vegetable is the best ingredient of the world. We can cook vegetable as ingredient with any menu.
It is full of nutrient, and good for everyone.

I would like to say that we have to eat all kinds of food groups, and do exercise.
These things make you are healthy. Anf for me, we have to eat fruits and vegetables, these are one of the best healthy foods ever.

I think to stay healthy, we have to eat healthy food that contains nutrition and vitamin.

Eating fruits every makes our body healthier.
Everybody knows the importance of fruit as a part of a well-balanced diet, but most people do not know just how good fruit is for health. Not only does fruit aid in good physical health, but it also provides benefits for good mental health. Fruit makes weight loss more efficient and heightens brain functions. I really love to eat fruits!

Absolutely vegetable! I have just eaten vegetable when I want to diet.
The vegetable is not bad but tomatoes are the only choice I won't choose it.

What you need to be eating is whatever to want. So many of the fat diets out there go to such extremes of telling people what to eat. They start labeling foods as good and bad. When the truth is, there are no good or bad foods. The main key is exercise. If you can keep the balance between input and output, whatever you eat, you will be surely healthy.
