Depends on what you are eating! If you are eating junk food every day, it is definitely not healthy. But, if you are eating healthy stuff like sprouts, veggies, etc it should not be a problem. But, eating the same food every day can become boring soon. You can try to break this psychological barrier by trying different combinations of foods.

Personally, it depends on the kind of food that you eat. If you eat junk food especially it not good for your health. On the other hand if you eat a healthy food it can help your body healthy too.
