Exactly, I will focus on doing more exercises.
For examples, in the evening i do exercise by jumping rope.
Next, eating habits. Avoid fat by eating nutrient food.
I shall eat the nutrition for human body needs, Carbohydrate,
protein and little fat. Eating highly varied foods will also help insure I get all the vitamins and minerals.
Finally, Sleep well Every night. Sleep 7 to 9 hours daily makes a good health.

I am another one who actually cannot keep healthy even if I really appreciate the importance of being healthy. I know the rules to follow, I know what I should do and what I shouldn't do to keep healthy, but I just cannot follow the those rules. I still live my life with bad-for-health habits. So, I will often visit this post so that Iay get some practical tips for keeping healthy.

For me, I don't do specific things to help me healthy as much. I just try to drink water as much as I can because It may be good for myself. Moreover, I try to eat more vegetables than I have a child that It will be good for me when I get older. Fruits juice are good for health too, just try to drink it at least a glass per day that is enough.

In my opinion, I want to keep in shape but I cannot do it at this time.
All of my assignment force me to stay at my room and clear it as fast as I can.

For me, I keep doing exercise once or twice a week.
I also emphasize on sleeping as well, I will sleep for 4-6 hours a day.
Finally, I often eat a lot of vegetable in every meal.
By the way, I do not consume any kinds of alcohol drinks.

For me, I keep healthy in many ways. First, every morning I will drink water about 1-2 glass before going to take a shower.
Next, I try to eat the 5 food groups every day. The important thing that we have to focus on eating breakfast every day.
It is an important meal that we should not skip. In a day, I will eat the vegetable and fruit with almost every meal to get the vitamin from them.
The last one will be sleeping time, I will sleep 6-8 hours a day to get enough sleep before doing the work on the next day.

I cannot say that I am a healthy person because of my behaviors.
I usually eat unhealthy food such as junk food, and soda.
I always sleep less than 6 hours, and never eat on time.

My ways to keep healthy are very easy and every can do it.
First, drinking plenty of water.A couple of litres a day will keep you in tip-top shape, and you won’t eat as much.
Second, being happy with everything. It’s easier said than done, but being in a good mood will do wonders for your health.
Third, Sleep 8 hours per day. Getting a good night’s sleep can improve your memory, sharpen your attention, make you less stressed and potentially even live longer.

I believe that healthy has to be good from inside and the ways to keep healthy are:
- keep smiling at everyone
- do not be too serious but be too happy
- do exercise with friends because friends can help us feel relaxed with their jokes.
- go to sleep early (we can do a meditation for 3 minutes before sleep)
- eat healthy food and drink a lot of water
- having positive thinking

Exercise Regularly and sleeping enough for sure!
I couldn't tell you that I am a healthy person.
For me, I choose to eat healthy food. I avoid eating junk food for 3 months.I focus to eat vegetables and soup. Ahh, You don't forget to drink water 3 liters per day. My hobby in the evening is running. I think that It helps to burn my fat.
The important thing, You should sleep at least 7 hours.

For me, I like to eat vegetables and fruits.
Eating a diet rich in some vegetables and fruits as part of an overall healthy diet may protect against certain types of cancers.
Then, they are lower in calories per cup instead of some other higher-calorie food may be useful in helping to lower calorie intake.

Although I am not a healthy person, I always try to follow the suggested ways to be so.
What I try to do includes going to bed early and getting enough sleep, avoiding unhealthy food, trying to exercise, not putting my life in a risk, and keeping an eye of changes happening in my body.
I think that these ways are enough to be healthy. They are sometimes very hard to follow because some of them are opposite to my regular ways of living hahah.

Exercise regularly can keep you healthy. Spend your time at least 30 minutes of activity every day. Choose activities you enjoy. Many things count as exercise, including walking, gardening, and dancing. For me, I always go to the gym near my apartment after class every day. As we knew, exercise and an increase in strength and cardio fitness levels can help reduce the risk of health concerns and diseases

Lately, I care not only about my physical health but also my mental health.
I know I will feel so stressed when I strict too much on my diets.
So I have a cheat day for myself to eat whatever I want. And after the cheat day,
I start to do the exercise again and control my diets. I also drink a lot of water a day.

I go to exercise 5-6 time a week and eat less oil food.
I avoid oil, sugar and carb as much as I can. I avoid but don't stop eating it.
I eat properly food a day but I also have a cheat day once a week.
I don't want push myself into stressful situation if I eat clean food every day.

For me, I do not smoke and drink hard drinking. I eat a healthy food, avoiding soft drink and fat. I cannot avoid going bed late because I have a lot of work to do, so I have to accept this problem and interest healthy food instead of sleeping.

Keeping my body healthy all the time is as follows.
- Drink plenty of water
- Have enough sleep. When working hard you must take the rest and do not force yourself.
- Eat healthy foods such as fresh vegetables, fruits, fat-free foods, or sweets with less sugar.
- Exercise for once or twice a week, such as go to the gym, do boxing, or running.

Normally, I don’t well take care of myself at all.
I found that I rarely do an exercise, often drink a soft drink, eat such a unheathy food moreover don’t eat on time and I do not sleep on time at all (I often sleep about 3,4 a.m.). If you want to know how to keep heathy, just do a difference from my routine.

For me, I don't think that I'm healthy. I get tired easily when I do anything and I get sick easily when the weather changes.
Do you think how we can keep healthy as an EN student? We sleep less than 6 hours every night and we always worry about study and homework. Moreover, the activities that we have to join. We have to manage our life and time. I think we can't be healthy if we still stress and sleep less than 5 hours. So, first of taking care of health, we have to manage the time for study, home work and left the time for sleeping about 6-7 hours every night. Don't forget to exercise and eat 3 meals every day.

No, I'm not kind of that person because I love eating. Eating is my life.
Now, I enjoy eating the kind of meat or pork, for example having steak in every dinner.
I have never go to exercise.
However, I choose to eat in the proper portion to control my weight.
