I think it is hard to have food for a long period of time.
Drinking water is acceptable. Should be fresh water or it can be soda?
If I do following your suggestion, I will struggle at the beginning for sure. I suppose. lol

Going to bed early is the best way to stop eating at night.
If you stay up late you will feel hungry.

When I am hungry during the night, I will try to do some activities to stop thinking about it.
Sometimes I cannot stop thinking about it I will drink the water or try to sleep.
It is not good to sleep when hungry because I can't sleep well.
I have to get something to eat. I might take some milk instead of eating much.

I used to have this problem before. I found the way to solve it, and I'm so proud to tell you.
Whenever you feel hungry at night, you just walk to your bed, flop into it, and then sleep.
That's it, you won't feel hungry anymore until the next morning.

For me, I think you should to eat early the night at least 6 pm because It can help you to release your hunger and It can stop you eating at night lately. Moreover, I love eating food at midnight. It is not good for my health actually, so I should to avoid this behavior.

Personally, I don't like to eat at night time. I never eat any kind of food at night time.
I would like to recommend you that you have to eat food as much as you want before 6 p.m
After that you need to sleep early. It helps you a lots.

The best way to stop eating at night for me is do not watch the videos about food, but I cannot do it. When I'm hungry at night, I always watch the eating clips on Instagram and it makes me get more hungry so I think if I can stop watching them, I won't get hungry anymore.

Moving away from the food. You're more likely to eat too much at night if you are always around food. So, after dinner, move away from the kitchen. This might mean that you postpone clean-up tasks so that you aren't tempted to eat leftovers. Or better yet, delegate the job to someone in your house who isn't on a diet. Another great way to get away from food is to go for a walk after dinner.

I solved this problem by sleeping because when I slept I wouldn't feel hungry.
Hungry in the middle of the night is caused by not eating dinner.
Therefore, you should eat every meal and eat fruit when feeling hungry.

I got myself out of that habit by eating bigger meals, but less meals on a daily basis.
I have a big enough breakfast, and a big dinner. And I'm full for the entire day. I may add a small snack or dessert on top of that.I never eat at night anymore because of doing this (nothing heavy). Give it a go and see how it turns out.

I am still trying to find the solution for this behavior of my own. I think the best way is to go to sleep or look at Gigi Hadid pictures. Another way is to kept yourself full by low calories or fiber food such as carrots and
drink a lot of water. That would help but not always working Razz

Eat Enough During the Day. Not eating enough throughout the day “sets the table,” so to speak, for overeating at night. It makes sense, right? If you’ve been depriving your body of the nutrients and energy that it needs to succeed for hours on end, eventually it’s going to get frustrated and go searching for food.
