I know that it has a lot of disadvantage to our body but I can't stop eating it.

I was a junk food lover. You don't need to stop eating it but you can eat less than you did.
When I want to eat junk food, I will try to stop it by thinking about how much calories it takes.
That makes me stop thinking about it because I'm lazy to do exercise after eating junk food.

I think so the best way to stop eating junk food is plan ahead because there’s no better way to handle cravings than planning your meals and snacks ahead of time. If you have a healthy meal and snacks packed and ready for you at lunchtime and in the afternoon, you’re far less likely to grab a leftover piece of pizza, order French fries, or eat the sweets someone brought in to the classroom.

The best way to stop eating junk food is cooking by yourself.
You can choose the ingredients to cook by yourself.
Actually, you will get a good and healthy food.
I may take time to cook but it is worth to do to have the best thing for yourselves.

For me, the way to stop eating junk food is that you have to realize about
the negative side or the effect for your health, try to read the bad side of junk food

Junk food is tasty and continent.

I cannot tell the way to stop eating junk food because I eat it.
I think if we control ourselves, we can reduce to eat it.
Maybe we should find the place where is far from the junk food shop to live, it helps a lot because we are lazy to go there.

The effective way that I would like to suggest you is stop buying junk food at all. This is the best way that I would like to advice you gus. If you will not buy it, you will be able to stop eating it as well.
Let have a look first the reason why did I say the way to stop eating junk food is stop buy it. You have to think about how can you get the junk food, you buy it, right?
If you not buy it how can you get it. Just do it.

For me, I think you have to cook by yourself.
It is impossible to stop eating junk food but you can avoid it by eating once or twice a week.
You can eat junk food for a cheat day, it is valuable to eat.

Generally, I don't like to eat junk food.
In my perspective, There are many ways to stop eating junk food which is unbeneficial food.
You should cook it by yourself. You can choose the ingredients whatever you want.
You can cook without oil. Moreover, you can cook clean food which contains both meat and vegetable.
Owing to this reason, I think this way is the best way to stop eating junk food.

I am a fan of junk food who usually have it so I cannot give you a good suggestion. For me, I try not to have it too frequent. For example, I will have it one time or two times a month. It helps me to control myself about a limit. Furthermore, I do not like eating junk food as much so I have no problem with this.

It is hard to stop eating junk food. I am a junk food lover as well. It is not right to take away what you love. You can enjoy your junk food as you always be. But think about the limit. You cannot eat this food every day. Just eat it for enjoyment like you go to karaoke sometimes.

The besy way of me is eating fruits instead.
I used to addict to eat junk foods such as french fries, nuggets and etc. so my mother bought me some fruits and fruit juices to me instead of eating junk foods.
And I think it's quite good way because I do not want to eat any junk foods anymore.

It's pretty hard I know but since it is not good for our health so we shouldn't eat it.
First, you may try to reduce to eat it. Try not to eat it so often and try to find other food that is good for your health such as milk, chicken, salad, and so on. I used to eat junk food like hamburger and pizza like every week but I have reduced eating it because I realized that it makes me fat.
Nowadays, I only have it like 1-2 times a week!
