I am a person who usually eating at night. Eating at night is a bad habit and I know it but I cannot stop to do it haha. However, I will try to stop it because in this semester my weight is gain up. I think eating at night can make me fat also. So, I will stop and avoid eating at night from today><

The best way to stop eating is sleep. I will go to bed early. Avoid getting hungry.
But if I can't sleep. I will watch a movie or youtube video but avoid video that have information or picture about food.
It mostly help but not all of that. Hahahaaaaaaaaa

I think, may be you should do hobby that can instead of eating.
When you do activity that you like , you will forget about eating at night.
Another suggestion is drink chamomile tea which make you fall asleep very fast and forget about eating at night.

To be honest, I cannot stop eating at night as well.
Yet, while I was losing my weight, I tried to go to bed early for stop my hungry.

Eat Enough During the Day.
Do not sleep late at night. The more you stay up late, the more it makes you hungry.
If you hungry or want to eat something, drink water.

Having self-discipline is the key to stop this big problem. I call it a problem because eating
late causes you to be fat. You should try setting the time you should eat. For example, I set
the time that I should have dinner around 5-6 pm. I try not to eat after having dinner and do something
else to keep my mind out of the FOOD.

To be honest, I have no idea how to stop eating at night.
I do like to find something to eat while doing homework at night.
Actually, this is not an appropriate behavior to do since you can be fat easier.

I do not know how to stop eating at night because i cannot control myself too. If I do not sleep early, i will go to7-11 to purchase some snack. I sometimes go to Khongthom market in order to eat Somtum at 1 am. Now, I am eating noodles with friends. So, I think the best way to stop eating at night is sleeping. Go to bed early as much as you can!!! hahaha

For me, I will have dinner properly. You have to have a meal properly because it will help you to feel hungry at night. I will recommend having meals at the time. Especially, breakfast, If we have enough food, your body will not need any extra food at all. I can do it and it comes out very successful for me. I hope you can do it.

Sleeping early is a good way to stop eating at night.
I am the one who like to eat at night.
I sometimes have dinner at 9 pm.
I want to stop this behavior too.
It is such a trouble for my digestion.

You should go to sleep hahaha. I try to eat three meals during the day to the fullest so there's no need to eat during night. If I have to eat at night, I try to eat healthy food.

First, you have set the rule for yourself.
I can stop eating because I do IF (intermittent fasting).
I start eating at 8 o'clock and stop after 4 P.M.
If I am starving, I drink water. I set the rule because I need to stop this behavior.
if I eat at night, I have to start my first meal in the afternoon tomorrow, and I don't like it.
Therefore, I decide to not eat at night in order to have breakfast or first meal in the morning.

I used to eat at night all the time.I got myself out of that habit by eating bigger meals, but less meals on a daily basis.
I usually find a way to have bigger meals throughout the day, and eat only when you're actually hungry.
Instead of eating because you feel like eating.

I suggest you to sleep early. By the way, if you have a lot of assignments to do at night, you should eat the dinner fully. It might help stop your hungry at the middle of the night.

I can't stop eating at night, especially, working time.
I think I choose to avoid to watch any kinds of food on Facebook or Instagram at night.
Trying to sleep is the best way and tell yourself "wait for tomorrow, I will eat in the morning". LoL

I have some tips for you not to eat at night those are:
- you have to go to bed early
- you have to drink fresh water before go to bed
- you should do some exercises in the evening and eat enough protein in order not to get hungry later
I think these are the best ways that I always do when I want to stop eating at night and when I want to lose my weigh too.

I don't know the way to recommend you to stop eating at night. It is hard to do it because I have to do work at night, and I have to eat to add more power. So, the best way to me is to control your food and rest before midnight. This way helps me to stop eating after midnight, and it is a way to control my food also.
