I like to eat eggs because there are some benefits for health.
-More Vitamins
Egg yolks contain more vitamins.

To be honest. I think eggs are benefit for me because it's easy to eat.
Yeah. Eggs have too much protein but i think it's help me when i wanna lose my weight.
Boiled egg has just only 80 calories. it's good for my weight.

I think eggs are one of the few foods that should be classified as "superfoods."

As I know eggs are a goosd source of protein which is particularly important for muscle gain.
But don't eat it too much like more than 3 eggs a day because eggs are high in cholesterol which will cause you a high rise in cholesterol levels.

To be honest, I do not know much about the benefits of eating eggs.
As I know, eggs contain a lot of vitamins and protein which is the necessary nutrients for our body.
Moreover, I heard that the egg can strengthen the wear parts when getting some wounds.
So, I always eat boiled eggs when I got some wounds.

I know from a trainer that anyone want to get a beautiful and strong muscle egg is the best thing you have to eat. I like eating it though.

Absolutely, you will get the high protein from it.
I like to eat eggs with cucumber salad or we call in E-san menu Tam-Tang.
It is the good combination. I recommend you to try it.

Personally, I don't know the exact benefits of eating eggs though. When I was young my mother let me eat so many eggs. During eating eggs she always told me that you must eat so many eggs it is benefits for your health. Since then I usually eat eggs until now egg almost becomes my familiar dish.
