Actually, I just know eggs give a lot of protein. Can I search for you? Eggs are a very good source of inexpensive, high quality protein. More than half the protein of an egg is found in the egg white along with vitamin B2 and lower amounts of fat than the yolk. Eggs are rich sources of selenium, vitamin D, B6, B12 and minerals such as zinc, iron and copper. Egg yolks contain more calories and fat than the whites. They are a source of fat soluble vitamins A, D, E and K and lecithin - the compound that enables emulsification in recipes such as hollandaise or mayonnaise.

In science, there are a lot of benefits of eating eggs. For instance, eggs have incredibly Nutritious. They are raise of HDL, which is the good Cholesterol. They also contain Lutein and Zeaxanthin — Antioxidants, which have major benefits for eye health, etc. But for me, the major benefits of eating eggs that is it can save my money. lol

Actually, I'm not sure about the benefits of eggs. I just know that they contain much protein that
very essential for the human body. So, I searched for other benefits of eating egg to tell you.
For example, egg consumption appears to change the pattern of LDL particles from small, dense LDL (bad)
to large LDL, which is linked to a reduced heart disease risk.

They Offer Complete Protein. One egg has 6 grams of the stuff, with all nine “essential” amino acids, the building blocks of protein. That’s important because those are the ones your body can’t make by itself. The egg white holds about half that protein and only a small portion of the fat and cholesterol.

Whole eggs are nutritious foods that contain a little bit of almost every nutrient the body needs.

I do some research about eggs. There are many benefits of eggs. First, it contains many nutritious. For example, vitamin A, folate, vitamin B5, B2, B12, etc. Next, Eggs raise HDL or high-density lipoprotein. It is often known as the "good" cholesterol. Last but not least, eggs are linked to a reduced risk of heart disease. These are just a few benefits of eggs. I eat eggs almost every day.

I think that eggs are the best source of protein. I see some people eat like protein from the drinking soup or something, but the doctor on TV said eggs are the cheap food but they are full of protein and good benefits.

Eggs are delicious and extremely versatile.
They can be cooked in many different ways and are easy to combine with other healthy foods, like vegetables. I'm one person who really loves to eat eggs. Do you know? Eggs are fairly high in quality animal protein and contain all the essential amino acids that humans need. I really love it!!!!
