Here are foods that are high in vitamin C. For example, This pink-fleshed tropical fruit Guavas, Kiwis, Broccoli, Lemons, Lychees, Papayas, Strawberries, and oranges.

I've known that Cantaloupes are a fruit that contain vitamin C the most. If you want to get vitamin C, you can get from them.
The other fruits that we've already known are oranges. It also contains vitamin C, we can easily get from it. It's really easy to eat.

Broccoli contains plenty of vitamin C. It can make your skin brighter and clearer.
Moreover, it can improve immunity and decrease the risk of cancer and heart disease.
You should eat it every day.

Oranges and orange juice are also good sources of potassium, folate, lutein and vitamin A. Whole oranges are also a good source of fiber, but most of the fiber is lost when you drink the juice.

Usually, we can get vitamin C from sour fruits.
To gain vitamin C, I eat oranges, guavas, lychees, mangosteens, and apples.
If you do not like to eat fruits, you can gain it from supplementary food such as Blackmore.

Fruit that contains a lot of vitamin C and easy to find is Sweet Yellow Peppers and Guavas.

There are many foods that can gain vitamin C. For me, I think fruits can gain more vitamin C than vegetables include cherries, guavas, blackcurrants, kiwis, etc.

Whoa! I would say that papaya salad is a delicious dish and benefits of vitamin C.
There are a variety of fruit and vegetable which are so yummy and no calories.

There are a lot of food that contain vitamin C for you such as Kiwi, strawberry, orange, etc.
Personally, I love eating fruits so much because fruits make me healthier.

I would say that the Seafood Salad is the best in my personality.
It's sour with the real lemons which fresh and large.
You can get vitamin C if you eat this dish.

I'll mention about fruits that gain us Vitamin C which are:
pineapples, oranges, lemons and all kinds of berries.

Wow great topic. There are many of fruit that I want to recommend you to eat if you lack of vitamin C such as guava, orange and mango.
I love to eat guava when I feel so tried and my blood come when I brush my teeth.
To have enough vitamin C is very easy, guava is one of the best vitamin c that come from nature.
