I don't know it is the approach from our body. I just know that we just go out to get the sun in the morning we will get vitamin D. On the other hand, the sun is so strong around 8 am, it is not suitable to get it. So, we have to get up early around 6 am and then go out, you will get the vitamin D.

Our body creates vitamin D from direct sunlight on our skin when we're outdoors.
This could be just 15 minutes for a very fair skinned person, yet a couple of hours or more for a dark skinned person.
We should avoid to stay outdoor 11am-5pm because sunlight is too strong. It can burn our skin.

I have ever heard that 13 minutes of midday sunlight exposure
during summer three times per week is enough to maintain healthy.
According to the Dr. StevenLin "There are several ways to get more
vitamin D from the sun including using reflectors, non-UV blocking
clothing, and even waiting to shower after you’ve been exposed to the sun.

Vitamin D is necessary for building and maintaining healthy bones.  
Vitamin D can be made vitamin D when our bare skin is exposed to sunlight.  
Nowadays, sunlight is really harmful. So, to expose to the sun to get vitamin D, it is recommended that we should go get sunlight in the morning because ultraviolet or UV radiation in the morning is less harmful to our skin.

I think we can get vitamin D of light in the morning. The another time can cause our skin to be burn. We have to consider the good or not good time to get vitamin D from light.

In the past, you can get vitamin D from sunlight before 9 o'clock in the morning and after 3 o'clock in the afternoon. But in the present day, sunlight will cause us to burn more than getting vitamin D. Haha

It is very easy to get vitamin D by sunlight.
You just take sunbath. Is it easy right?
If you plan to be out in the sun for long, cover up with suitable clothing, wrap-around sunglasses, seeking shade and applying at least SPF15 sunscreen.

I know that the sun offers you free vitamin D.
If you want to get from the sun, I would prefer you to sunbath in the early morning.
By the way, I think you should get enough vitamin D from food instead.

From the research, vitamin D from sunlight in the early morning before 10 am. in the past. Now, you rarely get vitamin D from sunlight. You will get sunburn and cancer because of UV and heat from sun.

Actually, I do not know as much as the information about this. So, I just search some of the information to tell you. Midday is the best time to get vitamin D, as the sun is at its highest point and your body may manufacture it most efficiently around that time of day. This means you may need less time in the sunlight at midday.

I think if you want to gain vitamin D from the sunlight, you should wake up ealier and go for a walk in the morning. I don't think sunlight can be good at anytime, as we know that the weather in Thailand is so hot and UV can ruins our skin much easiler than in the past.

In the morning before 9 am. I suggest you to go jogging
around the park you will get vitamin D from sunlight.

Vitamin D is made in the skin when it’s exposed to sunlight. Sun exposure is by far the best way to boost vitamin D levels, particularly because very few foods contain significant amounts. Our body creates vitamin D from direct sunlight on our skin when we're outdoors. From about late March/early April to the end of September, most people should be able to get all the vitamin D we need from sunlight.

Don’t shower immediately after sun exposure. Your body is still creating vitamin D on the surface of your skin. I know showering immediately reduces vitamin D production.

I have heard that the morning sunlight is the source of natural vitamin D.
So, I think going under the sun in the morning can help.
Your body is designed to get the vitamin D it needs by producing it when your bare skin is exposed to sunlight.

Regular sun exposure is the most natural way to get enough vitamin D.
To maintain healthy blood levels, aim to get 10–30 minutes of midday sunlight,
