How can you protect yourself from sunlight?

In Thailand the sun is extremely hot.
Whenever I go outside that full of strong sunshine, my skin is gradually black.
Therefore, I often look for something to protect my skin.
For me, I think Apply lots of sunscreen is a nice choice.
I always use sunscreen on all exposed skin.
My sunscreen has a sun protection factor (SPF) of at least 50
in order to protect you from rays. Next, wear protective clothing.
I often wear cloak that covers my skin
and the last one I think sit in the shade is good way to protect you from the sunshine.

But I don't have any favorite sunscreen for my body.

I will let the sun sets then I will go out. If I have to go out during the daylight I will protect my skin by
