Actually, I like to eat during working at night and I think this part will make me get not good health. I always try to drink a lot of water or eating some fruits to avoid eating some food. What is your opinion about this topic?

Interesting question!! I am always hungry at night, but it is not good eating snacks at night.
So, I try not to buy snacks to keep at my room because I can't sop eating them. lol
The best way is drinking water instead.

I love this question!!! Do you know that I'm figuring out the way to stop eating at night, too.
Sometimes, I eat too much at evening but I still want to eat something before sleeping. At least I have to drink milk before I go to bed. It makes me fall asleep easily. I know that eating at night makes me fat, but I don't know how to stop it. I will wait to see the solutions from this topic.

Just try to sleep instead of going to the fridge! That's so easy, isn't it? hahaha
I also question myself this when I feel hungry at night but you know what? I always end up with going to the fridge lol You know you cannot sleep when you feel so hungry at night so eating is what you can do!

I would love to know that as well. I can’t stop eating or hungry at night time. It occurs with me every night.
I have asked my friends about this wuestion before. They answered me that i have to eat early and go to bed early.
I can not do like that because i always sleep late at night. In my opinion, I think the best way to stop hungry at night time is drinking some water when you are hungry.

I can't recommend you because i usually eat at night.
I go to bed so late ( 1-2 a.m.) so i'm hungry at night. I usually eat banana, milk, and oreo.
but it's not enough. i think the way to stop eat at night is sleep. I think if i sleep, i don't feel anything. so we can go to bed early.

The good ways to stop eating at night for me are:
- drink a lot of water because water can make you feel full for a while
- find another thing to do in order to decrease hungry
- go to bed early is the best technique for me
- do not keep any food in your room

For me, I eat regularly throughout the day.
Eating regular meals will prevent you from getting too hungry and will help you manage your cravings and food impulses.
Another way, I don't keep junk food in the room.
Take any unhealthy junk food out of the room. Doing so will stop me from snacking on it throughout the night.

It is really easy for me to do so, but it takes time for me to get used to this habit.
I have been on IF for quite a while, and the rule I have been following is called a fasting period.
It is a period of time that I cannot consume anything but drinking water, and it is from 6 p.m. to 10 a.m.
I suggest that you all try being on IF. It surely will be hard at first, but you will soon get used to the fasting period, and you will finally find that it is not hard at all to finish eating everything before 6 p.m.

I think, you should have dinner enough and try to eat a llt of water and fruits.

This is such a tough question! I really do not know how, either. However, I think it may be a normal process of the body when we stay up late. So, I think the best way to stop eating at night is to go to bed early. If you cannot avoid staying up late, you can provide yourself with something healthy such as salad, fresh fruits, or milk.

I truly don't know, and also want to know the suggestions.
I think, recently, I eat at night almost everyday and feel so bad. I feel something uncomfortable around my stomach. I feel bad in the morning after the night i ate. It feels like tons of gas contained in my stomach. I don't know how to stop eating at night because I always feel like I need to eat something all the times.
