To deal with hunger at night, I will drink many cups of water to fill my stomach.
By doing that, I will feel full and no need to eat some foods. Eating food at night is not good for my digestive system.

Get off that stupid diet. Whoever told you that going hungry for 4 hours before bed is an ignoramus. Ignore them from now on.
That’s going to ruin your sleep quality as well as do absolutely nothing to help with weight loss. Never go on a weight loss diet.

The first thing that you have to do is finding the cause that makes you hungry at night. Personally, when I'm hungry at night, I often drink some milk and water and then try to sleep.

I want to know it too. I fall for many food and snack.
I love to eat it every times I can.
At night is time to clear my work. And I usually eat while I'm doing my work. To avoid this action I usually drink water.
But it can help me only a little bit .

I usually eat at night when I feel hungry. This is a big problem for me but I cannot solve it.
There are many ways to solve this problem include;
- plan your meals
- eat regularly throughout the day
- don't keep junk food in the house

Personally, I think eating in the night have many reason. Due to , your bigvassignment , abnormal behaviour with your meal and your emotions.
Moreover, you can stop it at the first time , you can decrease it from a little and stop it in the last time.

It have my own way to stop eating at night which is going to bed early, if you feel like you will hungry soon,
just put yourself on bed immediatly. So you can forget hunger and sleep tight.

I think eat enough during the day: Make sure that you have a satisfactorily nourishing breakfast and lunch, and maybe some fruit in the afternoon. Whatever you do, eat enough food. I know it’s part of the English and American cultures to gulf down a quick sandwich and some soda at lunch.Please add a little French touch to your lunches: Take the time to eat a real meal at lunch time sitting down at a table.

1. Don’t starve yourself during the day. You should eat normally during the day.
2. Don’t starve yourself at night. I mean, you have to get hurry to sleep and don't watch any food pics.
3. Ask yourself, “Why am I eating?” If you have no reasons enough, so don't eat. LOL
4. Create a future mindset. You have to tell yourself that you are going to be fat.
Hahaha I don't know is it gonna work but I still hungry late night.

Hahaha For sure, you can go to sleep before you are going to hungry at night so that you will have no time thinking about food.
If you are unendurable with the hungry at night. The only way to stop it is to go and find some food.

It is hard to stop eating at nigh.
I suggest you to drink more water, and sleep early.
If you really want to eat, should the healthy snack like granola
or dried fruit.

Actually, I am always hungry at night, but it is not good eating snacks at night. So, I try not to buy snacks to keep at my room because I can't sop eating them. And, the best way is drinking water instead.

For me, i just eat so many thing before night like buffet.
It can help you, maybe. Hahaha. When you feel hungry, just drink lots of water. This is the simple way to make you stop eating at night.
