I think it is an easy way to exercise. I am a person who want to run when I want o lose weight.
I don't want to buy anything too much, I just prepare myself to run.
However, I don't like to exercise, so I have to prepare myself if I want to run in a long way.

In my opinion, running is the most easiest way to exercise. You don't need any equipment.
Nowadays, there are a lot of Marathon. People enjoy a lot. This group of people like to be healthy.
I have never joyed Marathon before. In the next two week, there will be the Marathon at our faculty. All of EN will joy. I think it will be fun.

Running is the easiest way to do exercise.
We do not need any sport equipment for starting running.
By the way, I do not like doing exercise because I have an anemia.

I think it is the easiest exercise that everyone can do.
There's no any equipment, but nice running shoes.
There's no gym fee. People can run anywhere like track or road.

In my point of view, I think people prefer running because it is the easy way to
do exercise. It is just running and everyone can do it in everywhere.

I think running is the easiest option to get exercise.
To do so, we do not need any exercise machine or go to the gym.
Running is the type of sport which we can do it at home or around your place.
It provides you a convenient option. I love running too.

From my point of view, running is the easiest way to begin doing exercise.
Everyone can run both at the public park and on the racetrack.
By the way, I don't like running. I prefer jogging because I get tired easily.
Make sure that you warm up before getting to run.

Because there are many benefits of running. Regular runs can also reduce your risk of developing heart disease and increase your chances of living longer. A study published in the Journal of The American College of Cardiology that looked at cardiovascular risk in over 55,000 adults revealed that shorter runs (even for five to ten minutes per day at around 6 miles per hour), can markedly reduce the risk of death and add three years to your life.

Because some people don’t have to make small talk when they run alone – They don’t have to worry about whether the awkward silences are caused by the lack of social skills. There is no misinterpreting your partners sighs, groans or general body language when you run on your own.

I think that running amazing sport which basic and easy to do. Running helps us a lot to burn energy and fat. Moreover, running can make our body to be firm. It is very easy which you just have quality running shoes and a trained body. To start running, your body needs to be ready to run. If it is not, it will cause you some pains. I love running but unfortunately, I don't have time to go running.
