Personally, I am a sleeper. So, I can sleep easily in every single night.
I think if you want to sleep better you should drink water before sleep.

Try to go to sleep and get up at the same time every day. This helps set your body’s internal clock and optimize the quality of your sleep. Choose a bed time when you normally feel tired, so that you don’t toss and turn. If you’re getting enough sleep, you should wake up naturally without an alarm. If you need an alarm clock, you may need an earlier bedtime.

1. Do not eat any caffeine combination. It is better to avoid drinking caffeine after lunch.
2. Taking a bath with cool water or warm water depending on the weather.
3. Avoid big meals at night. Try to make dinnertime earlier in the evening, and avoid heavy, rich foods within two hours of bed.
4. When it’s time to sleep, make sure the room is dark.

Last night, I can not sleep well because I have a lot of work to do. I feel stressed and worried about that.I do not like this feeling at all because it seems I did not sleep at all. So, I try to finish all my work as much as I can.

I always feel sleepy whenever I read a book.
So, if i cannot sleep, I will open a book and begin to read it.

I am quite lucky that I have no problem with sleeping during the night. I sleep well every night. I don't have a problem with insomnia. For me, to be better for sleeping, we should find a proper time to go to bed. For example, try not to go to sleep late and do it as a routine. Another one, to avoid checking your smartphone before going to sleep will help you to relax your brain. Then you can go to sleep easier. So, these are ways that I usually do to make me sleep well during the night.

There are many kind of song to help you to sleep easily.

When I was young, I drink some milk for a night of better sleep.
I always drink it whenever I cannot sleep.
Because milk contains a tripofen amino acid which decreases the stresses in our body.
At present, I change the way to sleep better since I was a freshman.
I always listen to some music or watch some movies via mobile phone.
By doing this, I can sleep at night better.

A cup of hot chocolate or milk can help you to sleep better. It can warm our health and fullfil your hungry.
Another way is to read a book. Grab some book, lay down on your bed and read it, around 1 hour later you will feel like you want to sleep. I think reading a book can help you to sleep better.

I'm tired of answer this kind of questions. Why you guys always ask about sleep at night? Do you have no question to ask? You know it hard to answer things that I even know how and why. Personally, I am an easy fall asleep person. But if I have some serious thing, I will have hard to fall asleep. So, I often read cartoons or listen to music to help me sleep deeper and better.

I will play my favorite songs on YouTube until I fall asleep.
I also turn off all light in my room too. And don't forget to take a bath before going to bed, it will make you sleep better at night.

You might try exercise during the day.
People who exercise regularly sleep better at night and feel less sleepy during the day.

I sometimes take a pill of melatonin when I have a problem of sleeping.
It incredibly helps me to fall asleep faster and also deeper.
I also drink a cup of chamomile tea or a cup of warm milk which can calm my mind.

I do not know the better tips to sleep as well, but I would like to recommend in
my style. Before I go to bed, I will drink warm water or milk.
I think that it helps me asleep fast and listen to musics along.

The first one is listening to my favorite songs so that I will feel relax.

For me, I'm not sleeping at the daylight because if I sleep in the daylight, I will not sleep at night.
You should not drink caffeine such as coffee, tea or Pepsi. You should do a lot of activities in the daylight.
Remember that, exercise is the best way, it's good for your health and your sleeping.

Drinking a lot of water and listening to Jazz music or instrumental is helping me sleep better at night.
Taking a shower before bed is also a good idea to help me sleep better because when I didn't take a shower before bed I will feel uncomfortable and it makes me hard to sleep.

For me, I try to avoid bright screens within 1-2 hours. The blue light emitted by smart phone, tablet, computer, or TV is especially disruptive. Minimizing the impact by using devices with smaller screens, turning the brightness down, or using light-altering software. This way can help me to sleep better.

I just followed these ways...
1. Increase Bright Light Exposure During The Day.
2. Reduce Blue Light Exposure in the Evening.
3. Don't Consume Caffeine Late in the Day.
4. Reduce Irregular or Long Daytime Naps.
5. Try to Sleep and Wake at Consistent Times.
