For me, I really don't to go to bed late at night.
I usually go to bed at 11.00 pm and take 8 hours to sleep per day.
I believe that going to bed late every day is harmful for your life.
Moreover, when you study, you may pay attention to learn at all because of feeling sleepy.
Before I go to bed, I like to pray and also make meditation and then I go to bed.
And sleep well.

It is easy, one short of.... so you can sleep haahha
It is hard to say that mine will be good for everyone.
For me I just turn of all the light and try to sleep.
In my mind, I have to listen only my breathing, then my brain will be relax.
It help me to sleep easily if I don't have overthinking.

I always listen to the boring song and read grammar book before sleep 555
It can make me feel boring and feel sleeping at night.

I could suggest many solutions for you. First, watching documentaries makes you fall asleep easily because of the solf and gentle voice of the narrators. The next way is so simple which is reading some textbooks.

There are many ways to go to sleep better at night and These are some suggestions following:
1. Take a shower with warm water, this way can help you sleep easier.
2. Read some good books, this way helps you sleep well and you will feel relaxed after you woke up.
3. Listen to music with soft beat and melody, this way will make you feel relaxed and you will sleep faster.

It is hard to give you a suggestion about this topic.
I usually go to bed late so it's not enough in each day.
However, when I do exercise, I will get very tired and sleep very well.
So I thing doing exercise to a good way to deal with sleepless problem.

Eating some thing before go to bed can make me sleep better at night. hahaha
Another way I always do is listening my favorite songs.

I have to work hard before going bed. I have to do my assignments until I feel like my brain is blur, or I can say I do my assignment until my brain cannot move on, so I think it is the time for sleep or relax my brain not to working hard.

For me, don't think too much is one of the way to sleep better. Most of the time that I cannot sleep happen because I think too much. If I can clear my thoughts and relax my feeling, I sleep better.

I always listen to songs before going to bed. It helps me clam.
Maybe I take a shower again before sleeping because my room is so hot.
Sometimes, I eat fruit until I am full, it helps me to sleep as well.

I have an interesting idea to help you and others. It is exercise. Whenever I exercise I found that I sleep very well.
I think this is a good idea that all people can try to do. Another one suggestion from me is don't eat a lot before going to bed.
Because it is very hard to sleep. All of the tick that I suggest you should try to do it, it will help you to sleep very well and earlier.

For me, first lay down body on the bed then let a messy thing all day go. After that, do a yoga for making body and mind relax. Only those can totally mke me sleep well. But if you want more I would like to suggest you drink a banana and hot milk before sleeping.

In my opinion, listening to music is a good way which helps you to sleep better at night. When you listen to music your nervous system will be relaxed then you will asleep easily. I think it is quite simple for me because I often awake at night and sleepy during the day. You can try and find the result by yourselves.

There are many ways to makes me sleep better at night. For example, I like to listen to the slow music that can make my body and my mind feel relax. I sometimes drink hot milk before sleeping because it makes me feel relax as well. Moreover, I recommend you to do the meditation because it is one way to makes you sleep better at night.

For me, I usually fall sleep whenever my bedtime comes even I don't have a timer to tell me what time is. My bodied is sleepy automatically. I am sleepy extremely until I cannot open my eyes at all. This is an amazing thing of my body though.

I like to drink warm milk before go to sleep to make me sleep well. This is because milk contains tryptophan. Tryptophan is an amino acid that can help the human body produce serotonin, a brain chemical that can induce deeper and more restful sleep by creating melatonin. Melatonin is responsible for a person’s sleep-wake cycle.

I would like to recommend that you have to create your room that's ideal for sleeping.
Don't forget to consider about using room-darkening shades, earplugs, a fan or other devices to create an environment that suits your needs.
