As for me, I spent time in massage videos, cupping therapy, or some relaxing sound in YouTube to help me get fast sleep when I was suffered from many sleepless nights.

Watching YouTube videos is what I always do when I can't sleep. It entertains me so much especially how to cook food videos. After watching about 4 videos, I will fall to sleep again.

I always open the sound of birds, natural, water fall and something
peaceful to make me sleep as soon as possible.

When can't sleep, i will read novel and watch Korean series.
I rarely can't sleep because I really love to sleep. hahaha
I always take a nap in the afternoon and go to bed at midnight.

I will listen some song or watch a movies.It is the best way to help me feel sleep at night.
If I want to sleep,I will find some books to read.It is the best medicine for sleeping.

When I can not sleep at night, I will do my work or reading books.
Sometimes, I watch movies. I am not usually watch movies at night because I
do not want to interrupt the others bed time.

This is my big problem. I try to sleep much time but I can't. But I just realize is that if I do exercise I can't sleet.
Exercise early in the day. Studies find moderate aerobic activity can improve insomniacs’ sleep quality. For best results
, exercise at least three hours before bedtime so the body has sufficient time to wind down before hitting the sack.

Reading books can help with this problem due to the fact that it is a good sleeping pill. LOL I’m just kidding. I often turn on a television and watch cartoon shows. I love watching them for they don’t take me to be in a serious situation. They’re cartoons, come on. They make me feel relaxed and once I feel that way, I’m likely to fall asleep.

I sometimes think that I am about to clean my room hahaha.
I try to make myself more convenient enough to sleep better.
If it's hot, I will make it cooler by turn on the fan, put the cooling power on me,
or even sleep on the floor.

When I have trouble in sleeping at night I will listen to jazz music. If this method doesn't work I will practice dancing in my room or clean my room to make myself be exhausted and I will fall asleep automatically.

This is my problem now. When I can't sleep at night, I will listen to my favorite song or canon in Violin and Piano. The music is the only thing that keeps my mind peaceful.
It can help me a lot.

For me, when I can't sleep at night, I usually listen to music or read a novel.
Sometimes, I will search for relaxing music and listen to it, it can help me to sleep.
And for the best way which is reading some text book that can make me sleep well. LOL

When I can’t sleep at night, I usually listen to my favorite songs.
Sometimes, I play a game or read a novel in Dek-D until I feel asleep.
Many times, I just keep closing my eyes and I just sleep.

For me, I sometimes find something to read especially academic books, this way helps me a lot to sleep well. The another way that I like to do is to watch some video which is not excited. If I cannot sleep again, I will take a shower and try to sleep again.

My way is to play my favorite music playlist which has smooth slow beat to slow down things in my head.
If this doesn't work, I'll listen to rain sound and thunder.
I love rainy reason and whenever I know if it is raining outside, I'll feel much calmer and cozier.
So, if I get the feeling like the rain is pouring down, I will fall asleep easier.

I'm hard to fall asleep every night. Even I'm tired too much but I still be hard to fall asleep.
At night, when I feel sleepy, I go to bed but I still awake. I feel like I drink coffee about 10 glasses but I don't. 
So, I have found the way to solve this problem. I have read some research, I found that when we get sleepy but can't sleep within 5-10 mins. We have to do some yoga, it will help you sleep easily.
If you want to know how to do the yoga, ask me later, I will tell you.

If I cannot sleep and next day I have nothing to do, I will watch a movie or some videos on Youtube. I like to calm my self before go to bed. But if I cannot sleep and the next day I have classes, I will find some book to read may be philosophy book. It make me easy to go to sleep.

It is so easy for me to deal with this problem. You can follow my suggestions I think it is work.
Go to 7-11 find a delicious food and drinks. This way help me a lot when I can't sleep at night. Let's do it .

It's been a while since i have had the problem.
When I can’t sleep at night I have learned that fighting it is the worst thing I can do.
I get up and out of bed, and go to another part of room.
Sometimes I read, sometimes I work on personal projects, sometimes I watch TV.

In the past, when I could not sleep at night, I liked to listen my favorite songs and it always worked for me. But now, it does not work anymore and I do not know why, but I can find new way for me and that is reading some books before going to sleep, hahaha. It can work well for me within a few minutes and I think it is good for me because I can save my eyes sight from any electric staffs.

I would say that I always find something to do. For example, I will do some exercises like dancing on a bed or move my body along the music. Apart from that, I may watch some videos or varieties until I feel sleeping then I will go to sleep. Moreover, I always listen to music that will make me feel calm and relax. If it does not help, I will find a book to read then I can sleep well. Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

In order to calm your mind, do a breathing or relaxation exercise. You should do exercise that it help you yo sleep easy.
and You have to avoid to drink tea or coffee during the day.
other way don't be a serious pre-sleep routine.

I always listen my favorite song when I can't sleep at night.
The song I listen is a kind of ballad song.
Sometimes, I will avoid large meals late in the evening.
Because Jumbo meals pre-bedtime have been linked to trouble falling asleep.
