Walking is a good idea for waking the body up or eating some sweet delicious.
However, if I have enough time, I will take a nap for 10-30 minutes for boosting up my energy.

If I feel sleppy, I will find something that makes me fresh to drink such as Coca Cola.
I'm really love to drink it because it has feisty itself and when I drank it, I did not feel sleepy.

The answer would be just take a short nap or go to sleep. LOL Personally, taking a short nap during the day can help with this problem. There’s another way which is go on a walk. Walking helps make me feel fresh so that I can start doing anything easily. Well, the most effective way is to take enough sleep at night in order to prevent yourself from being sleepy.

If I do not have the important thing to do, absolutely I will sleep.
It is the easiest and the best way to help you feel fresh.
On the other hand, if I have something to be done but I also sleepy too.
I will find something that sour or freshly which can make me wake up or more alert.

Listen to Music is my way.
listening to some good music could be extremely helpful. This will not only prevent you from fatigue while working but will also strengthen your memory and learning.

That very makes sense feel sleepy, going to sleep.
If I feel sleepy I will not eat.

When i am sleepy, I always find some period to take a nap.
If i can't find some time for  taking a nap, I have to do something active.
For example, watching YouTube, chatting with friends, do homework and so on.
It's depend on the situation that I'm facing with.

I always go to wash my face and cold drink water to get fresh.
Plus, I usually find something to eat, go walking, and if i can't
stand anymore i will take a nap.

If I stay in my room, I will take a nap immediately about 10 minutes.
I have read the research, it showed that stand and walk is the way to refresh your brain when you feel sleepy.
Moreover, coffee can be the choice when I feel sleepy. Americano can wake me up.

For me, if I stay in me my bed I will go to bed.
If I am doing something outside I will drink cold water.
Sometimes I will take a nap for 5-10 minutes.

It is very easy. If you feel sleepy, you just go to bed! Sleeping is an answer when you are sleepy. But if you are in the situation where you cannot sleep, just go get some coffee or wash your face with cold water. It helps refresh you.

On of the thing that I will think about when I feel sleepy is Coffee cafe.
I will go there if I have to take a time to work. I will order a cup of coffee to wake me up for the drowsiness.
That's a way that I usually do it when I am sleepy ,but I have to work.
Moreover, I have the easy way for you more, It is going to sleep when you feel sleep. haha
I love to do it as well.

It's very easy to answer this question. You just go to bed and close your eyes.
But if i'm sleepy while I'm working, I will drink coffee, listen to music and eat some fruit.

I experience this kind of situation a lot, especially when I am in the class lol.
What I usually do is putting a gum into my mouth and chew it slowly.
Another thing I do is getting a cup of green tea to sip slowly throughout the class.
These two means help me not to fall asleep quite well; they are quite effective and I think you can try doing like me.

When I feel sleepy I will drink water or black coffee.
Drinking black coffee is work every time.
Sometimes just moving the body it is getting better.
If it is irresistible, I will sleep then wake up to do others things.

Take a nap is my answer!
When I feel sleepy, I will take a snap of about 30 minutes.
But when I am sleepy in class, I try to drink more water and talk with my friends. I don't like to drink tea and coffee because I choose to sleep.

If I'm sleepy when it's daytime, I will try to fresh myself up. But If I'm sleepy when it's bedtime, I will go to bed. We should sleep enough to make us healthy. We shouldn't sleep during daytime too.

The action that I always do when I feel sleepy is to climb on the bed and then lay down the head on a pillow.
It has nothing to do if you are sleep, so you just sleep.
If I feel sleepy in the class, I will pinch myself to be awake.

I will take a nap.
I cannot force myself to wake up if I really want to sleep. So, there is just only one thing that I can do if I want to go to sleep is GO TO SLEEP.

The simple way to do when you feel sleep is to get up and move around to feel awake.
If you have any new idea to deal with the sleepy. please share.
I also face this problem.

If I have free time I will sleep like 15-30 minutes or sometimes 1 hour so I can feel better when I wake up. However, if I was studying I will try to make myself feel awake by slightly slap my face or bite my tongue.

The best way to solve this problem is by going to sleep.
But if you feel sleepy in the study or work hours, try to drink some cup of coffee or tea.
The caffeine in coffee and tea will help you to be awake.
