I am a person who always feel sleepy all the time especially, when I am studying in a class that there is only the professor talk and talk and talk or I can say when I have the professor center class, it makes me feeel sleepy because I think it is so bored to sit in the class and listen the information from the professor in only one way. My solution is just go out to the toilet and take a nap for awhile and it helps me just little. So, I need more solutions to help me and I want you guys suggest me. By the way, I need an active class that I can involve to do the activities in order to make me feel enthusiastic and ready to do everything.

The things I always do when I feel sleepy in the class is going to the toilet or going outside the classroom and take a walk for a while, and then come back when I feel refreshed.

Based on my experience, I usually go to buy coffee.
Every time that I have to study in lecture class; sleepiness/drowsiness often swallow me.
I cannot control myself to not fall asleep, so I have to buy refreshment such as coffee in order to motivate my brain and body.

OMG it is a hard question, I rarely sleep in a class but I always feel sleepy as well. I know it is not good but I can't control it, the thing that I will do when I feel sleepy is drinking water. why don't you try this way when you were sleepy, it works really well.

I think you should learn by writing. If you’ll keep on visualizing the text to be learned then it will create monotonous learning due to which you are more likely to start feeling bored which will ultimately give an invitation to sleepiness.
To keep the lethargy away, you are advised not to merely be a spectator, but learn by writing so that your brain remains active doing the pen and paper work and recalling the things you have learned.

For me, I will go outside of class and walk around about 2-3 minutes or go to the toilet.
Sometimes, I cannot control myself, I will take a nap for 5 minutes.
It helps to get sleepy.

Thr first important thing is you should sleep at night as enough. Lol
If you sleep enough but you are still sleepy, I would recommend you drink water, go outside or find something to eat. It would help you.

You have to find something to do such as note-taking when studying.
Maybe you can go to the toilet for washing your face.
Or the last choice is you have to eat something sour taste.

The best way to fight against sleepy feeling is to sleep! LOL. I can't help it if I want to sleep. My consciousness is gone then and there is nothing can oppose me from reaching my sweet dreams except strict teachers who watch every blink of their students.

You should go to a restroom and wash your face. It might make you feel fresher. Drinking water is also helpful, based on my experience. The next thing that I would like to suggest you is not a proper manner is to chat with your classmate for a while. This way is work for me. Lol

The best way for me is sleeping in class lol I know it is not good but I cannot concentrate to the class. I will take a nap for 5-10 mins for rebooting myself to pay attention to the class.

Drinking coffee is one of the best and easiest way to make you feel more energetic during the class. Once you feel awake and less sleepy, you will be more focused. Feeling sleepy will not be a problem for you anymore.

Yeah, taking a nap properly and strategically helps boost your energy a lot. Generally, you should not take a nap longer than 30 minutes. Otherwise, you will end up feeling groggy and dizzy. I love your strategy, Praew.
However, correct me if I'm wrong. Don't you usually take a long nap during the class? From what I know, you often sleep during the class like 1 hour. Hehehe

The important thing that I usually do to prevent myself from sleeping in class is taking note. When you taking note, your brain is working. When your brain is working, you will be freshen. If taking note can not help, going to toilet to wash your face is also a good thing to do.

This situation have happened to me many times.
So, what I would do is to buy a cup of coffee or a bottle of tea with me.
This way helps me to get rid of feeling sleepy.
You can try it. It might work with you too.

For me, I will have some coffee or the caffeine beverage.
Before starting the class, I will drink it. So, I can focus more on studying.
Anyway, you should go to sleep early and rest enough about 7-8 hours for a day.

You can stand and then walk to somewhere a little bit.
It can help. I have tried before. It is effective way.
Or you can start talking with the lesson with your friends.
When you speak, you will not feel sleepy because something on your body is moving.
It is the same method like walking, just use your lips instead.

Someone said that the best how to get rid of feeling sleepy is sleeping.
Just kidding! I sometimes drink coffee or soda before class starts.
I also use smelling salt when I feel sleepy. Sometimes it is useful, sometimes it is useless.

Playing the smart phone is a good way to get rid of feeling sleepy while you are studying in a class.
Moreover, drinking a cup of coffer is also good.
I always use both ways when I feel sleeppy.

The best way to get rid of this feeling is to take a nap for 1-5 minutes. I've tried many ways to prevent myself from sleeping in the class but it came out with the same result. I lost my conscious while I feel sleepy. Although my eyes were open, my brain was gone.

Going outside for a few minutes the class is one of the best ways to get rid of feeling sleepy in class.
When I feel sleepy, I often go outside and take deep breaths for a few minutes and go back to the class.
After that I will feel fresh and eager to learn in the afternoon class. I often do like this when I have a class in the afternoon.
Moreover, I sometimes take a short nap in the class when I can not get rid of the lethargy.

In this case, it is also my big problem recently. If I just sit in a table for a long time I usually get in a sleepy mood. I try to open my eyes but it doesn't succeed sometimes. Today, the way that helps me to relieve such mood is smearing inhalant on my eyes. It is not effectively just be fresh in temporary.
