How do you do when you feel sleepy?

For me,I will find some coffee to drink in order to make me get more energy.
It can remain my energy.I had ever tried other ways but it is not good like this way.
I love to drink a cup of coffee in every morning.It is the best menu drinks for me.

It is a funny question for me because I want to say that when I feel sleepy, I just go to sleep. That's very simple to me. Normally, I do not feel sleepy when I'm outside or even in the class but when I am in my room I just want to sleep all the time, so the best way to solve this problem for me is just going to sleep.

My tips to get rid of sleepy is drinking kind of berry juice. Sometimes, I will take a shower in order to make my body feel fresh. Moreover, if I can not stand with feeling sleepy, I will take a nap for 10-15 minutes and after that, I will wash my face in order to motivate myself to be more active.

People work too long without taking a rast. So, from these things that cause to your energy and make you feel sleepy easily. You just stop working or doing activity for a while by taking a nap for 15 minutes or if you don't want to sleep you just walk for 5 minutes then go back to continue working.
