Re: How often in a month do you fill your stomach with a buffet meal?

I have a buffet meal about once a month. Personally, I cannot eat a buffet meal frequently because my stomach has always got flatulence. I am suffered at the moment. Nature of my bodied is enjoyed and work well with fruits and vegetables. So, I prefer vegetables and fruits to a buffet. Anyway, I like eating neither fruit nor vegetable salad though.

Actually, I have a buffet meal once a week, my friend and I love eating buffet.
We are so happy when we have buffet after a tired day.
So, I usually have a buffet meal 4-5 times a month.

I would love to say that I have buffet around 5-6 times a month.
I always told myself that this is the last time of this month but I cannot do it.
I can eat both Mookrata and Shabu in different places to try new taste.
However, it depends on money in my purse too.
Luckily, I am going to have it again today and it will be the 4th time of this months.

I normally eat buffet about three times a month.
However, I recently found a buffet restaurant with a very nice price.
This makes me eat buffet even more often.

I really into enjoying a buffet meal especially BBQ.
Since I starting exercise, keeping healthy, so I no longer have kind of BBQ or other buffet anymore.
But I give myself a reward for working out so hard, one giant buffet for a week.

It depends on my time and money. Hahaha Averagely, I go to a buffet restaurant once a month because I don't want to have them often. Due to a study, this kind of restaurant always offers me a pain in my throat as well. LOL
