How often in a month do you fill your stomach with a buffet meal?

This question has just popped up in my head because I am about to go to a new BBQ place.
It is quite unusual for me to go to this kind of restaurant since I always prefer buffet meals.
However, now that I have reached the limit of buffet meals this much (twice a month), it seems to be my only choice for BBQ.
I just hope that this much will go by even more quickly so that I can enjoy some more buffet meals once again.

What about you guys?
How often do you go there? And, where do you usually go to?

I fill my stomach with a buffet meal about three times a week. My elder sister likes to eat Moo Kra Tha and Shabu very much, so she always buys it to eat at home and I have the chances to eat it with her.

I think two times is fine for me because I'm not on dieting and I think that buffet is a dinner meal that might be more special than another meals a bit. The first time I ate buffet was the day that my mom came to visit me. She always invites me to eat buffet when she comes to MSU because buffets are very cheap and yummy here. She likes it so much. The second time was the dinner with my sister and my niece. It was the special day for us but I can't remember what the special day is. LOL I think it will be three times in this month soon because I will celebrate with friends, we will finish all of homework and tests.

During March, I once ate buffet at sea food restaurant with friends who I work the research with. I don't like buffet much because my stomach cannot be filled with a lot of food each time.

when I got invited from my friends. Actually, I just went there 5 hours ago. We ate a lot!!
We cannot move when we finished eating. I almost threw up lol. I feel that I'm not going to

I'm rarely have the third time. I will go for the third time only when there are some spacial time.
If I have buffet 2 times already but I want to eat it one more time.

For this month, I ate buffets more than three times, which was the most frequent month I had eaten. Because I didn't know what to eat for dinner so, the buffet as an option in my mind all the time. I feel that every time I eat, I eat a lot and are very full too. But it doesn't have only the advantage but there are many disadvantages.
