Yes, I have. I'm getting fat right now. I have ever tired many times because i saw my belly and my mom told me that i'm getting fat.
she gave me some cash for gym membership. now, i go to the gym every day.
I eat vegetable and fruits after meal and before i go to bed. but i think i still fat.
so have you ever tried to lose your weight? how?

No, I have ever tried to lose weight. You see? I'm very skinny.
I have ever tried to gain weight such as eating tonic prescribed and vitamins. But it didn't work.
Too skinny shape isn't good for me, I want to be fatter.

It happens so many times in my life.
Once, I reached 58 k.g but now I have 64 k.g again.
This is the reason that I start to lose my weigh again.
Now, I am still losing my weight by workout at a gym.
I also go running in the morning at MSU park.
Do you know that I live my life with a big belly for over 21 years, so I work hard on controlling my diet and workout as much as I can in order to get rid of my big belly.

Yes, I have. I try to lose weight all the time, even now. LOL
It's up to my mood, when I feel that I'm fat, I will lose weight by aerobic dance and stop eating fast food.
Now, I'm on dieting but I'm lazy to exercise. I just dance in my room and try to eat more vegetable.

Yes, I have the thinking for tries to lose the weight.
Now, I have a big abdomen when I am eating the food
I enjoy to eat at the night, I cannot to lose the weight

That is my goal for this year. Now, I try to eat clean food as much I can. Almost everyday, I try eating rice berry with protein, for example boiled egg, streamed chicken breast. If you want to loose weight, I recommend not to eat something that has the ingredient of sugar and fat. Drink 8 glasses of water a day. Moreover, eat a lot of fruits and vegetables.

I have tried many many many times to lose weight since I am in high school until now. I remembered that my first time of losing weight was not easy but I finally achieved it. When I moved to University I always tried to lose weight and control my weight but I never did certain exercises at all. Actually, My weight is not stable it will go up or go down depending on how much of eating.

Yes, I have.
I tried so many times to lose weight and go to exercise.
I planed to do exercise since I was first year until now but I can not do it because I'm usually give up and I do not have inspiration to do it. However, I ever lose 5 kilograms in one month because I want to meet my beloved brother in his graduate day.

Yes, I have. I tried to loose weight when I studied on the second year students. At that time, my weight gained from 50 to 55 kg. I was so exicited. I decided to loose weight by controlling the food, but it was not successful. My weight reduced because I did to practice to be astaff of Faculty of Education. Until now, my weight doesn't gain again.

Yes, I have. Now, I'm trying to do it now too.
Losing weight is difficult but maintaining good shape is more difficult.
I once had good shape with six packs and lean legs. I then had binge eating which makes me gain more weight again. Now, I am trying to go back again. It's what we have to do to the rest of our lives.

I tried to many time to lose weight.
Now, I'm trying to do it now too.
It so tried and hard to good shape. I try to lose weight by controlling the food, I always eat salad in the evening and running 5 km per day. I think that it reduced my weight.
I still lose my weight more.

NO, I have not tried to lose weight but I have tried to gain weight.
For someone who tries to lose their weight, I recommend you to control your meal if you do not want to exercise.

I tried to many time to lose weight but it is impossible for me.
Do you believe me? since I had accident in February.I feel really tired and I don't want to eat anything that I really love to eat.After I better from my decease.My left leg is broke.So,I must use right leg to walk and jump.It is really hard for me because it like exercise all the time.My weight is getting lose.I think may be 6-7 kilogram for one month.

Yes, I have. It was so hard having just only one meal a day which I had also counted the calories.
I ate less than 600 calories a day. I know that might kill me. Not just only control my diets, I also
did exercise so hard in my room. I remember that I almost passed out at the gym because I did
exercise when I got period the first day. I was suffering from doing that. Now I feel a lot better.
I know how to control when I gained a little weight. And I'm not going to let myself do that
dangerous diets again.

Yes, I have. it may sound hard to believe, but I was once so fat that my mom told me to lose weight. I did exercise so hard and limited the amount of my diet. I found it works to do exercise together with to limit the calories you get per day. You can get in shape quickly by that. However, now I do not have to be on a diet anymore. In fact, I think I am a little bit too thin right now. I am trying to gain weight instead.

Yes, I do. I ever weight 52 kilograms. So, I try to limit my sweet drinking and bakery.
Eating on time. Don't skip the meals. Eat fruit instead bakery. Do exercise regular.
Do't sit for a long time. I'll try to walk to go to the toilet or walk around to make my body move.
Now, I weight 48 kilograms. It's a little hard to me to drink less green tea but change eating habit helps so much.

Yes, I have. One of my friend was apply on the training class. He is majoring in Sport Science.
I was his member and he was a trainer. In order to gain point, I need to lose weight.
I had to go to the gym 4 days a week. It was very fun and exhausted.
I did lose 5 kg. though. LOL

I used to try to lose weight by a method called IF and exercise as well. It is a diet control method. I will control the food from 7 pm. until 12 pm. in next day and besides this time I can eat anything. But it must be in the right amount. I did not do long time because of the illness. Therefore, this method has very little results.
