In the past, when I cannot fall asleep I will listen to music to relax myself to get ready for sleeping.
Now, when I cannot fall asleep, I will ask P'Tiw to read his daily story or a tale for me.
I like to listen to something to make me fall asleep.

I always have the problem about do not be able to sleep at night. I don't know how to solve it for many years. So, what I always do is watching Korea drama or movies all night. But, recently, I found that the reason which made me can't fall asleep at night is the behavior about drinking too much coffee a day.

When I can’t sleep at night I have learned that fighting it is the worst thing I can do. I get up and out of bed, and go to do something. Sometimes I read, sometimes I work on personal projects, sometimes I watch tv. Lying in bed staring at the ceiling just makes me ruminate on everything that isn't going wrong.

I prefer to watch cartoon or game casting.
These kind of videos can lull me to fall asleep quirky.
In every night, I always sleep with my mobile phone.
Sometime, it danger to get a risk of the interference wave.
Because, the good sleeping should have no electronic devices beside you.
The radius of far should be 2 meters from you.

As a person who often cannot fall asleep, I would like to suggest you to calm your nerve as much as you can and stop thinking things. I found out that, most of the time that I couldn't fall asleep, it is because I think of things too much that I am distracted from falling asleep. It may sound weird but maybe it is because I am a person who like to think, so yeah..
However, if you try to do so for like one hour and still cannot manage to sleep, I suggest you to get up and do something else because it is a waste of time. Instead of trying to sleep but ending up with you cannot sleep at all, you should find something productive to do.

Yeah, if you can't sleep at all, why bother traumatizing yourself to sleep?
Find something else to do until you feel like sleep.

Yeah, I used to use this technique too.

Oh yeah, caffeine makes it hard to fall asleep. I usually drink green tea frappe everyday.

Really, you stay laying in your bed and awake for four hours?
I don't mean to offend you or anything, but don't you think you should spend that 4 hours on doing something productive instead of staying in bed when you can't sleep at all?

Whenever I cannot sleep at night, I always listen to some music.
I heard some research said that “ listen to music make you sleep easily”.
By doing this, I always feel sleepy when I listen to music before bed.
Moreover, I sometimes do meditation to get rid of some stresses and thoughts. I feel relax and comfortable.
You can apply my techniques to do. It is really work and effective.

I sometimes listen to kinds of music. Another trick is that I am visualizing something specific. I visualize myself swimming in the ocean at night. I am under the water and swim farther and farther down until it is pitch black and I can no longer see. Then, I fall asleep.

If I cannot sleep at night, I will listen to the musics.
I often listen to musics when I cannot sleep at night and it is an effective way for me to deal with this problem.
Moreover, if the mentioned way does not work, I will find the other ways to make me feel relaxed and asleep at the end. You can find your way to deal with it.

Whenever I cannot sleep at night, I tend to turn on the songs. I think the songs can be used as a good tool to put us into sleep. Sometimes, I need to turn on the TV while I am sleeping. The sound from the TV can also make me sleep more easily. Eating something before bed should also be taken for granted because it makes you feel alert, and it will be hard for you to sleep tight.

I will probably read a book and then go to sleep. Books sometimes mean nice sleep dose to me. However, I can't sleep, it means I can't! There is a pill sold at 7-11 shops though. I can't recall what its name is but I heard it was nice.

If I cannot sleep, I will find something for watching.
I try to avoid using smartphone before sleeping but I can't.
Sometimes, I will call and talk to someone until I feel sleepy.

When I cannot fall asleep at night, I will play PUBG mobile until I feel tired.
The game can drain your energy since it was really intense.
After 2-3 match, I will fall asleep easier.

These are the way that I like to do when I can't sleep.
Carve out at least 30 minutes of wind-down time before bed in which you do something relaxing, such as read a book. Dim the lights in the house slightly for an hour or so before bed. Disconnect from close-range electronic devices such as laptops, phones, and tablets, as the light from their screens can alert the brain and make it harder to fall asleep.

For me I often listen to my favorite song and walking around the room 555. I try to make myself tired before going to bed.
Sometimes I have to drink some beers to make myself fall asleep.

Actually, I rarely have problems for sleeping. They usually happen when I drink a cup of coffee, and I feel bad every times.
When I have these problems, I will listen to soft music, watch boring or academic videos, read text books, or try sleeping without opening my eyes until I am asleep.

When I can't sleep, I often watch movies.
There are many movies that I like to watch.
Insomnia or cannot sleep is a good opportunity for me to watch it.
If I can't sleep but want to fall asleep, I will read the book.
I have many novels for reading, and every time I read, I will be sleepy.

In order to calm your mind, do a breathing or relaxation exercise. If you get into bed and cannot fall asleep after 20 minutes, get up and return to another space in the house to do a relaxing activity, such as reading or listening to music.

When I can't sleep at night, I will watch movies or series until I feel sleepy.
If I am not sleepy I won't sleep overnight or sometimes drinking warm milk before bedtime.
It makes me can sleep better. But if I cannot sleep because of the stress, I can't sleep until I am tired and fall asleep.
