which English skill that you still need more prove?

I have many problems with my English skills. I still weak at English skills such as speaking skill and listening skill. The most difficult for me is listening skill because every day I meet new words sometime make me misunderstand what they are talking about or what are they said and of course, There are many accents so some accent I never accustom to them. For speaking skill, I still worry, not confident when I speak because most of words in English very hard to pronounce and second cause the problem with my grammar, my grammar is weak also that why my speaking skill is weak. Right now I see all cause of them so it’s time to solve my problems here are solution of problem. First, my speaking will be better if my listening skill is perfect so I must to find movies to watching, no title, try to find music or audio and also remember more vocabulary to practice listening skill. The second if my listening skill is perfect I have to practice to speak in front of the mirror for more confident, try to speak with foreigners and if my teacher ask volunteer to show opinion I have to hurry raise my hand up to speak in front of the classroom. Of course, now my listening and speaking skills are perfect so I’m more confident and no worry about it at all.

Once you are good at one or more skills, that's not what to proud of. Once you stop the practice, it's about to lose them all. So, I have never thought that I'm good at a certain skill but all skills will be acquired or improved.

I mean, I can read properly but when I have to take the exam, I’m quite bad at it especially, when it comes with the limited time.
