Now I am worried about my waking up late problem. Every day I slept after midnight and woke up at 6-10 a.m.. I think it was too late. This problem causes a lot of problems: coming to class late, having less time to work and laziness. Therefore, I have to solve this problem as fast as I can. Every problem must be solved at its root cause. I know actually this problem is caused by sleeping late. I did not sleep enough. So it is easy to think of solutions. The first one I have to sleep before 10 p.m. so that I can rest fully. The other one is using alarm clock. I need to set up the alarm clock at 6 a.m.. I tried these ways for six days. I finally got up early in the morning. If I can do it all over, it will be good for my health. These ways work for me, I do not wake up late anymore.

If you don no want to get up late, I will have to go to sleep early at that day.
Having enough sleep is best for you. I will not feel sleepy in the day and also make yourself fresh.
Another way to solve this problem if you still get up late even you have enough sleep is that you have to tell somebody to wake you up in the morning instead of alarm clock.

I do not have any problem in this situation at all because I am a morning person.
Even though I do not have class, I still wake up early in the morning.

I would set my alarm clock at least 6 loops at the time i had to wake up *tip: set the alarm to 15 minutes earlier than an actual time that you have to wake up. And i would go to sleep early too for that.

Before you sleep tonight, ask yourself, “What would I get if I wake up early?” Whatever you answer, make sure you really want it because that’s what you’ll use to convince yourself to leave the bed when your alarm goes off.

The easiest way for me is go to bed early. If you get enough sleeping time, you will wake up on time you want. You can set the alarm 30 mins before the time. You should set more than one alarm for fear that you will snooze it.

For me, I go to bed earlier. If i have some important events, i will get up early automatic.
Maybe you should sleep more than 7 hours for easier to wake up though.

To deal with waking up late, you got to go to bed earlier in the night before.
You better set your alarm clock with the very loud sound to help you.
The another way is having someone helping you.

I deal with it by using Math Alarm Clock which requires you to solve math problems to turn the alarm off. I like that it’s got voice recognition and multiple difficulty levels; however, it’s also got the same open-screen problem that Barcode Alarm Clock has. Luckily, Alarmy lets you do math problems.

Maybe, you should to set up your alarm clock in order to wake you up.
And another thing that solve these problem is go to bed earlier.

To wake up earlier, you should try to sleep before midnight or as fast as possible.
You may need to set the alarm clock with the high volume of the sound so that you will wake up.
If it doesn't work, you may need to rely on someone to call you and wake you up.

You should sleep before 12 p.m. and try to wake up early every day.
Have you ever heard about 21 challenge day?
This challenge is about the behavior that you want to make it as one of your routines.
I truly believe that if you can wake up early for 21 days, you will wake up early for sure.

Train your body to anticipate sleep. Yes, you can do that by sleeping and waking up at the same time every day. But if you’re a night owl, sleeping every day at 8 AM won’t help you. Waking up at 6 PM and then trying desperately to sleep by 12 midnight is impossible, too. Do it in increments, so instead of sleeping at the same time, say 8 AM, sleep 15 minutes earlier and wake up 15 minutes earlier.

I think you have to go the bed earlier and set your alarm clock before sleeping. When you can wake up early for about 1 week, your body might used to it.

It's very important that you need to sleep more than 6-7 hours in a day so that you have enough rest.
If you know you're going to have less 6-7 hours for sleep, you need to set alarm clock before your sleep in many time for fear that you wake up late in the next day.

If you really want to stop waking up late, you have to set your daily time schedule properly.
You must strick yourself to be on time in order to go to bed early.
Because of actually, when people go to bed faster, they willwake up early, too.
Don't waste your time to do anything that not benefit for yourself, then you will have more time to manage your daily routine.

Everyone has experienced that dreaded moment of waking up late at least once.
So, If you would like to get up early, there will be easy ways for you.
- Put your alarm clock on the other side of the room avoiding to hit the snooze.
- Focus on something important and exciting when you stir in the morning.
- Get enough sleep.

Well, I am a wake up late person and I know how to deal with it. First, try to finish work and go to bed earlier
and spend less time to check the social media and after that try to spend too less time for applying make up
if you think that you will miss the class or go to the class really late.

Personally, I have never have a problem in waking up late. My tips is set your alarm as many as possible.
Sometime, I set my alarm like 5 times in a single day because I dont want to wake up late.

Setting an alarm clock only one time is the way to deal with my waking up late.
If I set an alarm clock many times, I will know that I still have more time to sleep.

I will set the alarm clock many many times, like, 06:00, 06:05,06:10, and 06:15 etc.,
Or the other way I will set the time earlier than it has to be, for example, I have the meeting at 07:00 so I will set the time around 06:30 before that time. 30-45 minutes is up to yourself if you're sure that you spend a little time on dressing yourself.
