How to deal with car sickness ?

There are causes of my car sickness when I travel by car or bus : the car’s smelly. I have to prepare plastic bags for vomiting and I must sleep in the car for avoiding car sickness.
I must not read books, use a computer or focusing on something for a long time, take a medicine at least 15 minutes before getting on the car and avoid talking about car sickness.

I would take pills where you can find them in 7-11 store and take it 30 mins before my journey.
It works well for sea sick and car sickness too. If you forgot to buy it i suggest you to sleep as soon as the car started off.

I suggest you sleep when you get in the car. That might help you from carsick.
You shouldn't look at the wayside because you will get carsick.

Carefully plan pre-trip meals.

I used to be a person who always be car sickness when i travel by bus.
I will take pill before taking into the bus.
And Sleeping all the time on the bus is a good idea if i forget to take the pill.

If symptoms persist, I will stop the car, if possible, and get out to breathe in fresh air. The air may help, and stopping the ride should help too.

I suggest you to take a medicine which prevent you from vomit.
After that, take a rest, drink a cup of water.
