That’s dependant on a lot of factors, like your state of mind, life situation, and mindset which come from forces that are out of most people’s control. That being said, I think with the right knowledge and mindset most people could pull they are many ways to happiness, with the exception of those with mental illness. However, acquiring the right knowledge and mindset is certainly the difficult part.

The mind cannot stay in one position, if one is happy for a while it swings like a pendulum to the other side of duality called sadness. Then again, it cannot stay on sadness for a prolonged period of time and will move towards happiness.
