I think it is not. Ginger cannot help help to lose weight, but it is good for health.
I cannot believe that ginger will help you to lose your weight and I have never heard about it before. It is too hard for me to believe.

I would say that I don’t know about this. Haha However, I think drinking ginger juice and make your body to reduce nausea and help fight the flu and common cold. My mother likes to drink it and her body is so healthy.
