I would like to say it seems like a lemon.

I think that it helps a lot when we have a running nose. I like to eat it with soup or boiled rice. Oh! I heard that it can help with losing weight too. It helps burn fat in our tummy. I think I will try to eat more ginger now.

I don't know much about of benefit of ginger.
I have read it on internet; It said that Ginger helps to regulate insulin and keep your metabolism humming, reducing your overall risk of diabetes.
My mom also told me that ginger can be the perfect drink to sip after a heavy meal.

For me, I think so it is the herb that it is difficult to fnd to eat in the city, The benefits of ginger contains hundreds of compounds and metabolites, some of which may contribute to health and healing. Of these, the gingerols and shogaols have been most extensively researched.
