I can't figure out what foods contain vitamin C.
If I would recommend, it would be sour or fruit like orange.

I have heard that guava is a fruit that has high vitamin C.
Personally, I think guava is not a fruit that has high vitamin C because of its taste that is not sour like other fruits such as orange, pineapple, strawberry and etc.
And after I knew that I always eat guava because it's cheaper than other fruits.

I want share the fruit that can gain us more vitamin C is blackcurrants because antioxidant flavonoids known as anthocyanins give them their rich, dark color. Studies have shown that diets high in antioxidants like vitamin C and anthocyanins may reduce oxidative damage associated.

Broccoli is a cruciferous vegetable. One-half cup of cooked broccoli provides 51 mg of vitamin C, or 57% of the DV. Numerous observational studies have shown a possible association between eating plenty of vitamin-C-rich cruciferous vegetables and lowered oxidative stress, improved immunity and a decreased risk of cancer and heart disease. One randomized study gave 27 young men who were heavy smokers a 250-gram serving of steamed broccoli containing 146 mg of vitamin C every day. After ten days, their levels of the inflammatory marker C-reactive protein had decreased by 48%.

I think the food that give us more vitamin c are food with sour tast like lemon or oranges.

Guava is my answer. When I was in Matthayom 4, I presented about the benefits of guava and I remember from the presentation that it has vitamin c more than lemon's for 4 times.

Fruits are full of vitamin C. I heard that the sour fruits have much vitamin c. You should eat guava, orange, lemon, cherry, and berry. These fruits provides you much vitamin c. Another way to consume vitamin C is to eat the vitamin C in capsule from the drugstore.

In the easiest way, you just have some vitamin C as a powder or tablet to gain more vitamin c. But if you really need the food that you can gain more vitamin c, I recommend these 4 menus.
-Fried rice with pineapple.
-Ice- cream fruits salad or fruit salad.
-Lemon juice with soda.
These menus can give you gain more vitamin c and also refreshing yourself during this summer. Of course, delicious! By the way, take the vitamin c from the fruit is better than made vitamin c.

- Kakadu plums (Australian native super food)
- Acerola cherries= red acerola cherries (Malpighia emarginata)
delivers 822 mg of vitamin C
- Rose Hips= six rose hips provide 119 mg of vitamin C
- Chili Peppers= one green chili pepper contains 109 mg of vitamin C
or 121% of the DV, one red chili pepper delivers 65 mg, or 72% of the DV
- Blackcurrants= One-half cup (56 grams) of blackcurrants (Ribes nigrum)

There are a lot of food that can provide vitamin C for you.
For example, the Kakadu plum is an Australian native superfood containing 100 times more vitamin C than oranges, Broccoli is a cruciferous vegetable. One-half cup of cooked broccoli provides 51 mg of vitamin C, or 57% of the DV, and Lemons were given to sailors during the 1700s to prevent scurvy. One whole raw lemon, including its peel, provides 83 mg of vitamin C, or 92% of the DV.
