I actually drink a hot water when I get sick.
I will sleep enough, and eat a healthy food. I try to eat vegetable and fruit. The important thing is I should relax my body and my brain.

I rarely get sick, but If I get sick, I will take a rest.
Every time I got sick, I take some pill and rest.
I think take some rest is a good way to relax your body and giving a time for it to fix itself.
