HOW DO YOU TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF IF YOU ARE SICK?

Whenever I got sick, I always spend my time sleeping all day all night.
According to getting sick, I feel terrible so I want to keep calm and I don't want to move anyway.
However, sometimes I have a headache when I sleep too much.
I think the good thing that I like to do when I get sick is go to beautiful, nature place or atmosphere.
This is a nice idea for me. And I will feel better soon.

When I get sick, I take a lot of rest by having enough sleep and stop the things thaat I do that make me sick. I also drink plenty of water, take vitamins, and eat fruits. If I am not getting better, I take medecine according to the prescription of my doctor.

I'm quite a strong person and I don't usually get sick but once I am, it will be so hard to recover.
When I'm sick, I will sleep early and try to drink a lot of water (like much more than I usually do)
I also eat some healthy food to help myself recover from sickness and I think it really helps!
When I have a runny nose, I will put some chopped onion in my bedroom next to my bed in order to help my respiratory system works better! You guys may try to follow me if you are sick

When I get sick, I usually take a rest. It only works if I do it.
I won't drag myself into work or stay up late to finish a volunteer project.
The sooner I lie down and rest, the sooner I'll feel like getting up again.
If the way above is not work, I will go to see the doctor.
It's easy to put off doing what the doctor says, but it's never wise.
Take medicine, get extra rest, and follow all the medical advice. It will pay off in the long run.

Personally, I often get sick whenever I get sick doctor always suggest me to drink a lot of water and take a rest well. Honestly, I can personally not follow suggestion of doctor well, particular be sleep well.
I am stubborn for doctor recommend. So, you must know I am so stubborn though.

I avoid to take a medicine because i can't take it like everyone.
I eat whatever that i want to eat. No matter it is bad food for people who get sick.
It helps me to get better soon so much.
If i am not feel better within five days, I have to so to see doctor.
