The ways to relax after my hard work are
1. Go to taking shower
2. Eat something that you like
3. Listen to music that I like
4. sleep
5. Sometimes, go shopping at the shopping mall
6. Watch movies

For me, I always listening to some soothing music or nature sounds.
Any type of music you enjoy will work, as long as it promotes peaceful feelings and happiness.

After working hard, I like to take a nap before doing everything. I like to watch series, read comics, and listen to music. Sometime, I wold like to go shopping or eat some delicious desserts.

Exercise is the first thing that i do after working hard.
Exercise releases endorphins. I usually stretching body and walk around the room for warm up. I exercise by watching video from Youtube.

I always go outside with my friends and of course I want to go shopping with my friends.
After the hard day, I really wan to take a rest also. So, I often get up late in order to get
enough sleeping.

After work hard, I always watch the video on Youtube and go to bed.
I love to listen to music and watch the video before going to sleep.
It can relieve me from tired of a hard day and make me sleep easier.
It gives me a feeling of relaxed.

For me, after working hard I will come back home to take a rest, buy some delicious food and go back, listen to music and sing along the music, and watch movies or videos on Youtube.
The activities that can relax me it depends on my mood.

I like to play games, watch movies and listen to music.
I think games, movies and music can heal me when I get tired of hard work.
Also, go to cafe to eat my favorite menu. It makes me relax as well.

There are many ways that I use to relax myself such as singing karaoke, shopping, listenning to music, and eating delicious food. However, eating delicious food is the best choice for me. My friends and I usually look for places to enjoy hanging out after working hard.
