After working hard, I usually lay down on my bed and surf on my favorite applications such as Twitter and Instagram. Sometimes I take a nap for an hour and then go outside buying something delicious to eat. that is the way I reward myself for my hard work.

For me, I think to do some activities that we like to do such as: listening to music, playing mobile or computer games., etc. I feel relaxing when I do my favourite activities. Although the best way to do so is sleep, sleeping is like a health medical for everyone. Just take a break and get some rest.
