Overthinking is not good for health and mind.
For me, this is the way that I used to stop overthinking include;
- put things into perspective
- change your view of fear
- realize you can't predict the future
- be grateful

Here are my suggestions:
1. Put things into a wider perspective. It allows me to finally stop thinking about something and to focus my time and energy on something else that actually does matter to me.
2. Set short time-limits for decisions. If you do not have a time limit for when you must make a decision and take action then you can just keep turning your thoughts around and around and view them from all angles in your mind for a very long time.
3. Stop setting your day up for stress and overthinking. You can’t totally avoid overwhelming or very stressful days. But you can minimize the number of them in your month and year by getting a good start to your day and by not setting yourself up for unnecessary stress, overthinking and suffering.

Don't try to stop thinking, that is impossible, only recognize the truth, there is no thinker, only the thought.
Detach yourself from the thought, detach yourself from the worry, detach yourself from the worry.
I want to suggest you to focus on your breathing, and allow yourself to relax into a state of meditation.

I would say find something tio do can help.
If you are busy doing something, your mind will think about it
and your stress will be erased.

For me, i will listening to music, playing a game, watching cartoons, or reading comics or novels.
These will help me a lot to stop being over thinking.
Just do what you like, it helps you a lot.
