What kind of books do you like to read?

Personally, My favorite kind of book is novels. I love to read it when I was young until now.
The novel can take me to another world that I never go there.
I will be happy and relax my body and brain.
Because I have to do activities and learn every day.
Then I am stress about learning or working with other people.
So reading novels is a good habit to help me relax.

I like novels either. Romantic, advature and science-fiction are my favorite types of novel. Sometimes I also read the novel about supernatural things like Naga, too. I read a lot of novels when I was young, but now I read much less than I did.

For me, I like to read novel and history books.
I love to study about history, there are many important events that affect to present. Moreover, studying about history makes me understand lots of things that occur around me such as World War I and II or the conflict between communist and democracy. I think reading history books is a time machine to turn back to the past. For novel books, I really like to read them. Sometimes, I'm not happy in the realistic, novels make me happy in the imagine world where I can be or think anything.

I think novels help me to sleep well. The another kind of book that I like to read is cook books. I would like to cook well especially American food because I like to eat spaghetti and noodles. If I have a chance to do, I will try to cook by myself.

I love reading comic books. I'm a big fan of comic books.
I can hardly read a long story such as novels since I stopped reading them when I was 14 years old. At that time, I was so into reading novel books. I could read them all day and night without sleeping if I could not finish reading it. My family did not like the way I behaved. One day, I stopped reading it immediately and then I could hardly finish reading a long story again.

I personally like to read psychological or motivating books but not the books that is academic books or full of theories. I have rent many books from the library and try to finish it as fast as I can. When I read theses it make me feel more motivated and inspire me to do best in my life.
My favorite one is " 51 weapons of wise" written by sean buranahiran. It is a very good book that shares a very beneficial thoughts and also motivates me to keep on my doing. I have finish it already and I want to read it again.

I used to like to read novels, especially romantic novels and detective novels.
Yes, they are quite different from each other but I liked both because they give me different feelings.
Romantic novels made me softer while detective novels made stronger.
Now, I don't have enough time to reading any novels because I need to focus on my study. But I still miss the feelings of reading the novels. If I have time, I'll read them again some time.

I like to read many sorts of books. When I want to escape, my favourites are fantasy literature, including children's books, and murder mysteries. However, I also like to read non-fiction, about subjects which interest me such as Egyptology, Jungian psychology, mythology and other fairly esoteric matters.
I read "serious" literature and classics as well, although tend not to read too many classics as I find some of them dry. I absolutely cannot abide chick lit, romance and "hard" science fiction about space ships with lots of techno-talk in them.
I'm fortunate to be part of the Bookcrossing community and have come across many books and authors I would not have heard of otherwise.
