What do you guys usually do to avoid plagiarism in writing?

Technically, I, before bringing something to write, need to search for some information concerning the topic from several resources! Afterwards, I have to read or scan through the information obtained from many kinds of resources. Then, I try to draw on my own ideas for my composition! Interestingly, I do not read and write at the same time, since that might easily cause the plagiarism! The plagiarism is not acceptable, especially in the education! It is against the academically moral standard! Learn, and try to avoid that!
