There are good reasons to drink coffee and there are a few reasons not to. This article is for those that are looking for reasons to keep drinking it. For most people, coffee can be a healthy part of the diet. It is fine to enjoy a couple of cups a day unless you can’t control your consumption.

I think it is good when we consume it in an appropriate amount. If we drink it too much, it can lead us to some bad decease. Coffee provides us many benefits, but we have to know how much we should drink. Some people are addicted the coffee because they drink it too much.

I think so it is good because Caffeine blocks an inhibitory neurotransmitter in the brain, which has a stimulating effect. Controlled studies show that caffeine improves both mood and brain function, and Caffeine raises metabolic rate and helps mobilize fatty acids from fat tissues. It can also enhance physical performance.

For my opinion, the health effects of coffee are controversial.
Despite what you may have heard, there are plenty of good things to be said about coffee.
It’s high in antioxidants and linked to a reduced risk of many diseases.
However, it also contains caffeine, a stimulant that can cause problems in some people and disrupt sleep.

I think coffee is good and bad. It depend on how much we drink.
If we drink too much, It make you heart is racing. If we drink
moderately, It can help you burn fat.

Drinking coffee provides good and bad for your health. Coffee is one of the effective energy drinks for me. I usually drink it when I have morning classes or when I want to reboot my energy after a hard-working. I prefer to drink it just a cup of coffee per day to keep benefits to your health.

It's good for me because I love drinking coffee.
But, sometimes it makes me can't fall asleep. This is so bad that I have to reduce the times I drink coffee because of the sleeping problems.

I think both. Sometimes, drinking coffee is good when you feel sleepy and you want to wake yourself up. In contrast, drinking coffee is bad when you drink it too much and you cannot sleep at night. Because of the caffeine inside the coffee that you've drunk.
So, I'd like to say it good or bad depends on the amount of your cup of coffee that you drank per day. Everything has good and bad if it too much or less.

I think it is good to drink coffee. But it depends on how much you drink it. I like to drink coffee. It help me to stay awake on the day that I didn't get enough sleep. But it has to be black coffee.

I actually don't like drinking coffee because I don't like its smell.
I think the taste is not good for me.
WhenI smell it, I often have a headache. For other people, I think its good for them. Maybe.

Personally, I think drinking coffee is bad because even I drink it, I still sleepy. silent Acyually, I've heard that taking too much caffeine will be harmful for our health, so I seldom drink it.

I think, there are both good and bad about drinking coffee.

In my opinion, I think coffee has both advantages and disadvantages.
Advantage of coffee is Caffeine blocks an inhibitory neurotransmitter in your brain, which causes a stimulant effect.
This improves energy levels, mood and various aspects of brain function.
The disadvantage of coffee is caffeine in coffee can be addictive, coffee may interact badly with medications and bad of coffee could be toxic.

I think that there are both good and bad effects of drinking coffee. For the advantage of drinking water, drinking coffe helps you feel less tired and also increase your energy level because it has caffeine. Some disadvantages of drinking coffee are disturbing sleep and causing insomnia and restlessness. You should drink a proper cup of coffee will a day to avoid any problem from the drinking coffee.

It can cause both good and bad effect depending on how do you drink it.
For the advantage, drinking coffee makes you awake and eagers to do an activity during the day.
It is also high in antioxidants, which are known to fight the oxidative damage that can cause cancer.
For the disadvantage, If you drink coffee you may not sleep cause it contains caffeine.
Additionally, it might increase the risk of heart disease too. Many experts said that coffee had damaging effects on the digestive tract.

From my perspective, there are both advantages and disadvantages of drinking coffee.

I used to search for this topic once and they said that coffee can have both positive and negative effects on our health. The positive effects are increases energy and mood, prevent cancer and boots cognitive function. However, it is also necessary to remember that in larger amounts, coffee can cause you to have headaches, anxiety, sleeplessness, and hallucinations.
