I've just realized that drinking water has many benefits for instance, it can burn fat after you do the excercise and it's good if we drink it instead coca cola, coffee or milk tea because it's clear water without sugar. Safe your health by drinking three liter per day, you will surprise what you deserve.

Defintely yes. There are plenty of benefits behind drinking water. Drinking water is a must for your life. These days, I try to drink water for one to two litters a day. It can help refresh my moods. Normally, I do like to drink water after reading books. I feel like my brain is relaxed and ready to memorize what I am going to read.

Yes, drinking water is very very good for health.
I have ever read about the benefit of water and I found a lot of advantages of water.
So, that we have to drink water at least 2.7 litter per day based on our weight.

The average recommended daily intake of water from both food and drink is:

I'm positive on this point. Water is a important part of our bodies which it contains in every cells, issues, and organs. Moreover, water is involved in every bodily function from digestion and circulation through to the control of body temperature and the excretion of waste products. Human can't live without water. Drinking a lot of water can make our bodies balance be in a good level and drinking a lot of water help keeping moisturizer to our skin.

Yes, it is really beneficial for the whole function of our body because water is one of the most important things that our body needs.
For me, I have read a few articles about drinking water on the internet, and I have found that drinking water helps us look younger than our age, helps our digestive system, our complexion, and a lot more.
However, we should drink it just enough.
There is a way to calculate how much water we should drink a day but I cannot remember.
You should find it out and drink water accordingly.

Of course! It's very important. I drink water 2-3 liter per day. I think water is good for my health because i take a medicine from doctor and my doctor suggest me to drink a lot of water.
It can help me and my kidney. hahaha. Moreover, it boot my skin and weight. when i was going to diet, water can help me.

Drinking water in the amount the is enough for your body is absolutely good for your health. Drinking water too much or too less is not good for your health. The proper amount of drinking water is the best suitable answer. I always drink about 1 .5 liter of fresh water per day.

I can say water is more important than food. With out it, we can't live for a week.
As you know, our bodies contain like 66 percent of water including blood, lymph, or fat.
I must change my drinking habit because in one day, I drink just 1 liter of it. I need more!

Absolutely yes. Water is the most things in our body. We can live without in a few day, but we can't live without water. So, drinking water is very important. As we know, we should drink water at least 8 glasses per day, but it is too hard to do this. I am a person who don't like to drink water. Someday I drank just 1 glass of water because it made me having the urge to urinate. Especially when I was on the road, I avoided drinking water. That is why my skin is not good. I have acne and oily skin.
