Phu kra dueng is sandstone table mountain. It is located in the westnothern of korat plateau near the est slop of mountain area is about 4 hundred to twelve hundred meters high from sea level. The total area is eighty-six hundred acer.

I used to go to Phukradeung arond one year later.
I went to this place without information about this national park. After my traveling have done, I searched more information about this. The information that I found as following;
Phu Kradueng National Park is one of the most popular national parks in Thailand by local tourists. Due to it's remote location it is less known by foreign tourists.
The park is mainly a single big mountain mesa, covering total of 350 km² with highest point at 1,316 meters asl. The flat summit plateau of the mountain where the major attractions are located has an area of around 60 km², averaging an altitude of around 1,200 to 1,250 meters asl.

Phu Kradueng mountain, made up of Jurassic and Cretaceous sandstone formations, takes the form of a mesa towering some 1,000 meters above the surrounding valleys. The average elevation of about 1,250 meters. Sloping slightly to the north, its western, southern, and eastern edges are fairly straight and formed by abrupt sandstone cliffs, while the northern part is deformed in a more irregular shape, containing a number of streams and waterfalls.

I know some information about this place that I will describe according to these;
Phu Kradueng National Park is one of the leading National Parks in the country and houses the highest peak in Loei (1360 meters). The park is 359 square kilometers in size and extremely well organized. It offers numerous trails  taking hikers past waterfalls, through pine, oak and beech forests, and past glorious fauna and flora.

I don't know much information about Phu Kra Dueng.
I just know that it is one of the most popular national parks in Thailand.
People love to visit there during winter season in Thailand. The view at the top of Phu Kra Dueng is stunning view.

I used to visit Phu Kradueng once when I was in high school. I went there with my uncle and sister. At first, I'm required to climb up to Lungpae and then I took a rest there an hour. After that I started to go up to the tip of the mountain. It took around 4-5 hours to reach there. I was so tired that I could move my body. Food up there was quite expensive.

Ohhhhhhh!!! 1,250 meters high from the sea level. It is so high!! I just know it.
I come up here to get the information about the Phu Kradueng which is the most popular tourist attraction in Loei.
I plan to go to travel to Phu Kradueng before I graduate from this university.

Phu Kra Dueng is the second national park after Khao Yai national park.
Its height is about 400-1,200 meters form the sea level.
The highest point is in canter area that is about 1,316 meters from the sea level.

I want to share my experience about visiting Phu Kra Durng.
I climbed Phu Kradueng National Park once before. I took time to enjoy visiting on the way up with numerous stops en route.
While on the top of the Phu Kra Durng, I got to visit the various must-see attractions and know some vendors of their daily activities and background.

I went there with my friends. We have joined the camp by Tourism Authority of Thailand in Loei province.

Phu Kradueng is a great destination for hiking, unlike most other national parks in the country there is no guide requirement to walk longer trails. The trails are clear and signposted well, up at the plateau easy to walk around between attractions.

I don't know much about this place but I will tell you how to reach the top of this hill. Firstly, you have to arrive at the national park office before dark and set up a tent and wait to go in the next morning. Then, in the morning, you have to buy a ticket to go up there and if you want their people to carry your stuff, you have to pay them following your stuff's weight. Then, you can walk freely along the way up to the hill (this is the most fun part). When you reach the national park office up there, you have to pay for the area for setting up a tent. Phu Kra Dueng is a beautiful national park. I have ever traveled. I suggest to those who never been there to try once in your life.
