I occasionally have dinner before 6 PM. Hahaha Regular time for me to have dinner is between 8-10 PM. Thus, that's why my weight is always up. LOL However, lately, I've tried to have dinner at 7 PM because it's proper time to do it.

I have been trying to do that, but it fails all the time! I always have my dinner after 6 pm every day! If I do not feel like eating, I cannot eat! So, I need to wait until I feel hungry! Unfortunately, it is too late to have dinner! It is not that good to have dinner after 6 pm!

No, I have not. I always have dinner after 6 p.m. because there are many things to do.
I was very busy at that time. I know that having dinner before 6 p.m. is good but I can't do it.

I usually eat my dinner at 7-8 PM. I know it's very unhealthy and bad for my digestion. But based on my busy schedule. I can't always have dinner before 6PM. And when i do have it, I'd get hungry again around 8-9PM

Because I go work out at 5 and I spend 1.30 hours.

When I want to diet. I should do exercise and eat dinner before 6 pm.
then I go to bed early before 10 pm. I drank water or ate fruit.
But now I cannot do that. Dinner is my heavy meal of the day.

Having dinner earlier is good for our health.

Yes, i have. You've definitely heard the "don't eat after 6 p.m. rule." But despite all of the times that we’ve heard this piece of advice, no one seems to know where the hell it came from.

It's normal to have dinner before 6 p.m. when I really want to have it.
Someday I haven't had any foods and end up the first and last meal around 5-6 p.m., might be a big meal or small one depends on how much I crave.

Yes, I sometimes eat dinner before 06.00 p.m. Whenever I have finished my class around 4 - 5 p.m., I usually find something for my dinner.
