I usually watch a movie, check messages, calling with my friends, chatting with my friends, talking with my family and listen to music. It's depend on the day.
Sometimes I'm very bored So I don't do anything.
And finally I usually set the alarm clock before I go to bed.

2. Drink 1 cup of water
3. Turn off the lights
4. Set the alarm clock
5. Go to bad.
I do these activities in steps until I feel familiar.
If I do not follow this step, I will feel strange.
