I hear that there are many vitamin in bananas which are essential with our bodies.
My mom forces me to eat bananas every month, but I don't do that.
I don't like bananas as much as doing works.
So, I rarely eat bananas, I will buy it if my mom forces me to eat it.

There are various benefits of eating banana. My father always prepare a banana for me in everyday.

The soluble fiber has the tendency to slow down digestion and keep you feeling full for a longer time.

I heard from many resources that banana can keep your kidney healthy.
When researchers looked at fruits specifically, bananas seemed to have the most pronounced effect due to their high concentration of phenolics, compounds with antioxidant effects.

Bananas contain three natural sugars ,sucrose, fructose and glucose.Bananas give you a fat and cholesterol,free source of energy.
As such, bananas are ideal, especially for children and athletes, for breakfast, as a midday snack or before and after sports.

Banana is a fruit that easy to find it. Nowadays, we can find banana at 7-11.
Banana is contain lots of vitamin B6. I love to eat it when i'm in a hurry in the morning.
I get too much energy from it. My teacher in high school recommended to eat banana in the morning.
I think that everyone eat banana when they are in  a hurry time.

Personally, I have only one reason to eat banana that is because of hungriness. For me, I don’t have any special reason to eat banana really. Awe! But I have ever heard benefit from somebody said kind of banana is good for healing short- memory symptom.

I have a reason by myself to eat banana because prevent stomach ache
and I like to eat banana. I search the information, I found that 7 wonderful
benefits of banana such as high fiber content, heart health, ease in digestion,
powerhouse of nutrients, high source of potassium, blood pressure and
helps fight anaemia.

I do like to eat ripe bananas. My reason is related to healthy. They are low in calories, high in nutrients and fiber. They also help in digestion. See! they are really good for our health and they are available to buy at 7-11, mini Big C, and Lotus Express. Go grab them!
